Anyone else being told their email address isn’t recognised when trying to buy tickets? Why is that happening if you have even purchased one ticket that way sometime this season. Got a ST so it does not concern me, but do those who buy in person have to hand their email address over to the club and there must be still the odd fan without one.

Pain in the arse this. As a non season ticket holder who makes most home games this is a unnecessary stress as I may not have chance to log in later when it starts working.
It's now telling me my account doesn't access to these tickets despite purchasing about 17-18 home games on it.

Me too. Why are we so shit at sorting ticket sales/have such a crappy system? We're getting there, as the Wrexham strategy/points discussion shows, but sooooo slowly. Seems a weak point at the club where they are getting most of the rest right. As we grow surely a different system needs to be introduced.

Makes buying a ST a necessity for those who makes only a few games if they can afford it just to avoid situations like this.

They can (I just brought an additional for a non-season ticket holder, but who has done a fair few games this season). There's still a good number left though. Give the club a call:

There must be a full-on panic there atm. It's annoying, but the staff have my sympathy.
I do hope those in charge realise that this latest shambles demonstrates the need for a decent system. We've been pointing out the shortcomings of this one for years, but they still keep renewing the contract. A system that's great 95% of the time isn't fit for purpose, as the 5% will be times like this, when it's important it works.

Home games are usually fine but it's just obviously got completely confused re: this existing e-mail stuff. It's just not malleable. As you say, the 5% makes it no good as that is what would seperate a good system from a crap one.

I’m away for this and considering donating my tickets (1 x adult and 1 x junior) to someone who would really benefit. Not sure how you can assess the needs though and ensure it goes to a worthy beneficiary.
