Seems very odd to target an individual based on a ticketing system, that pre-dated his arrival, that has regularly been shite. Because he said at the fans forum in August that he was going to sort it He can't make something that's shite work better, he's not a software engineer. He may yet 'sort it' by f*cking them off. Out if interest, when what else hasn't he got right?

Thanks. Missed that bit. Well if it extends to the Popside I might be trying to swap my ticket with someone who missed out for the Cheadle End!

Is there anything Tom Mahon can get right?. Anything to do with ticketing is rubbish. Three friends already queued for ages and then got “rejected” message. And now I’m rejected. But never mind about the 28th. I’ll go to this Sundays parade instead - where we apparently will be showing off the National League North trophy. That page is still on the website!! With full information about the Mayors reception. I googled County parade to find out about the 28th and that’s what came up. You can’t really blame Mahon, or anyone, for an article published about an hour not being indexed on Google yet! The link was widely provided on social media, and on here. Of course the NLN parade will appear above the new one on Google atm, it’ll have been viewed thousands of times and been widely shared/linked to which is what informs Google results.

Out if interest, when what else hasn't he got right? Ticketing, streaming, club shop and catering all could do with massive improvement, the last 2 are costing the club in lost revenue, the first 2 are where the club has chosen systems which are clearly no good when better is widely used elsewhere

Knowing our luck there will be two turnstiles open and the scanner won't work 😂 and some new fan will turn up with an A4 print off looking for his seat about 20 minutes into the celebration, and ask someone to move out of his seat.

Was told it was early teething problems that were causing problems but were never resolved or is it so bad thats impossible to do.

If anyone has a spare Cheadle End ticket for this can I grab it please.
Planning on taking the kids now. Got one sorted, just need another. Doesn’t matter where in the stand it’s for, we’ll just squeeze in our usual spot where the season tickets are.
Much obliged.

The queues for food and drink are shocking. The service could hardly be any slower. For alcoholic drinks, there is a fix that would make the service much better. The pumps are set out something like - Heineken, Cruzcampo, Dark Fruits in a three. Then another set of pumps serving Guinness, Neck Oil and Fosters. This doesn't make sense, because most fans typically order 2, 3 or even 4 pints of the same drink. So the bar staff stand there pouring one pint of Cruzcampo, then another, then another of the same drink, one at a time, taking an absolute age, with massive queues waiting. There is no sense or logic to how the concourse bar at County is set out. It set out like a pub, which would have a steady flow of customers, but that isn't what happens. At half time and before the match, there are very high levels of demand, typically with fans ordering multiples of the same drink. If you had two of the same drink next to each other, the bar staff would have the opportunity to pour two pints at the same time and the service would be much quicker!

Anybody know of a club that gets the above thing right so we could copy just how its being done. It does not bother me in the least but it does for plenty of others.

Have a look at typical amount of sales we do at half time of what and get plenty pre-poured ready to hand over Though tbh I never buy a pint on the concourse, more than capable of avoiding having a pint for couple hours to watch match and don't particularly enjoy walloping a pint down in 5-10 mins at half time but that's just me, I always find plenty of time to drink before and after match!
