I don't know, but his penalty save at the Reebok was awesome. That's one of my favourite away games that was.

I never rated him and if you look at how many games he's played in his career neither did anyone else really. Great bench warmer though.

Brings back memories that bolton game! Was my first away game as a kid - from what I can remember was a dubious penalty.... Can u remember who scored for us?

Tony Ellis to open the scoring at the far end and then Colin Woodthorpe with an absolute thunderbolt on a goal on the volley to get the win in front of us. In between Nash made a diving save to keep the penalty out and some Notlob person scored from I think a header (possibly Holdsworth?).

Always thought that Nash was a decent enough keeper in his time with us.

Great bench warmer though. talking of bench warming keepers - I wonder how much Stuart Taylor has earned in his 15 year career of less than 100 games as a bench warmer at Arsenal, Villa and City? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stuart_Taylor_(footballer_born_1980)

Fair play to the guy, who wouldn't want to get paid thousands a week to sit on a bench for 90 min.

I remember an interview he did a few years back where he said he didn't really enjoy football, but did it because it gave him a decent living so he could continue with his main passion which was travelling the world with his wife. Thats why he's always been happy to be second or third choice.

It really shows how poor a side Norwich are this season when they go to O.T. with him on the bench - I will be surprised if they get out of the bottom 3 this season in spite of having spent over £15M on new players

I always thought Nash was a decent keeper for us and he went on to sign for City, Middlesborough, Stoke, Everton and Norwich. How anyone can say he isn't a good keeper I don't know?
The problem is Nash is a mercenary and will sit on the bench and pick up a good wage package. Don't understand why a professional wouldn't want to be playing all the time.
Nash has actually played the most games for us (89), Preston (82), Man City (38), Palace (21) and Stoke (10).
Not a great deal for a 17 year professional career.

I don't understand what it is with goalkeepers?
Richard Wright is at City now, has been there for 15 months but never played a game?
I understand you need a good number two but what is the point in getting somebody to never play them?
