SI2 4 on the top tier, then EVER on the lower tier, perhaps?
Edit: Dammit! Superscript only works on the desktop version…

Lancs have also managed to alienate their core supporters along the way, 13,000 members reduced to under 3,000, it always was an ugly ground though It was, but they really missed the boat in terms of what's been shown to be possible at other grounds. Lords is superb, the Oval's new plans look great, the new ends at Headingley and Trent Bridge are really nice looking (even though TB had a couple of goes at it) and even Edgbaston, with nothing special in the way of iconic stands, has maintained a nice overall "bowl-like" feel. There's no excuse for those big red sheds at Old Trafford, and swallowing up the only iconic building they had (the pavilion). I'll get off me soapbox now. The pavilion should either have been left alone or demolished, what"s there now is ridiculous, as for the lump at the other end of the ground.... The double decker stands do offer a much better view than anything that was on offer to the general public before though. Of course lots of County fans have been to one test ground even if they've never seen a game of cricket.

I can't wait to see this completed, it'll look cracking with new seats throughout. It's nice to see the club taking some pride in the ground after it was left in such a tired state until the takeover. Let's hope they've done the sums right and each letter will be the same height Well, if my eyesight isn't deceiving me, I think they've now fixed the T Y at the Railway end.

But please, PLEASE cover over that red paint 🤞🤞 Do you mean the girders/RSJ or whatever they're called? If so, then surely its easier just to box it in, than fanny about painting it a different colour?

It looked like they were doing it the other day, but only from a tiny pic. It’s not just the front, which is usually covered with a huge advert, it’s all over the inside. A big, big job. But now they’ve done the two side supports I’d guess they’d have to do the rest.

The key to any redevelopment is ensuring non match day revenue is increased. This will help to make the club more self sufficient and even if Stott walks away, we have the ability to generate revenue. thats something that is talked about by many clubs. the use of their ground on non match days. doubt that would ever bring in much revenue but more of a PR exercise with the local community. making EP and County as a household word in the town even from non footballing people cannot be a bad thing. you are bound to pick up a few extra fans and really i hope that every single thing is not just about the money today and not the future. one of the best things this club has done is the free tickets for kids in the area.

Our C&B facilities made good money in the past, it's been brought back inhouse now after a major refurb.

Wouldn’t make any sense at all to be putting new seats in ahead of painting them, so no surprises there

They should've left the frame to the sides of the Cheadle End red if they weren’t painting the underneath as it now looks unfinished. Whilst ripping the seats it is the time to do it so if they aren’t then they’ll never bother. Maybe they have other plans for it.

At the end of the day they could’ve done nothing like the last shit owners and the rugby c*nts. Instead the new owners have pretty much refreshed the CE to make it like new. And a big fair play to them. You wouldn’t see that kind of update from Snape/Gibbons or even that peanut hugging f*ckstick!
Who cares if there’s a bit of red left. Red on our kit set us apart from others and was part of our big dick revival under Sir Danny and Brendan. The new owners are making the CE brand new again 26 years after it was built. It’s needed and we’re better for it.
God bless money and professionalism over cheap dime store hoods. On we f*cking go.
