1 episode to go. Really enjoying this and can’t believe this happened. Imagine how much damage could be caused if someone got hold of a load of that stuff.
Madness.

I was hoping they'd include Johnson's statement about the people at Porton Down "categorically" stating its source was Russia, a claim denied by scientists at Porton Down, I just thought a few more would see him for what he is if it was included and it was an important part of the story.

I've quite enjoyed watching the 5 series of LINE OF DUTY and hope a further series is commissioned.

They'd started filming Series 6 before lockdown. Wouldn't expect anything to be aired until next year now - I'd guess at least the autumn of 2021.

Friday night for me and the wife is now "Vera" night. I can't believe I never watched this first time around. I'm re-watching "Knowing me, knowing you with Alan Partridge" and it's still as cringingly funny as I remembered it the first time around. Still got the Sunderland thing on my list to do but with work now full on and the local pub due to open at the weekend I'm not sure I'll get around to it any time soon.

I suppose humour affects people differently. I enjoy watching the old re-runs of PORRIDGE & ONLY FOOLS & HORSES. But my wife doesn't find them funny at all.

Watched a load of Only Fools and Horses yesterday whilst waiting for the sadly all too predictable Newcastle v Citeh game to start as there wasn't much else on, managed to clock a few episodes I hadn't seen such as the one where Rodney has joined a band with 'mental' Mickey. It's probably next on the hit list mind as by today's standards it's probably considered sexist and promoting racial stereotypes. I'm not endorsing the behaviour but when it was filmed times were different, people are better educated about sexism and racism now- much more work needs to be done though and educating the kids is the key.

Yes one of the Only Fools I watched over the weekend involved a Seance in the room above the Nags Head and "Jimmy Saville" was mentioned but I suppose with everything going on now it would need a team of 100+ to watch through every minute of a TV programme before it could be screened.
I just think we might have gone too far and noticing that Americans want to rename John Wayne Airport because he, supposedly, had racist views many years ago.

There’s nothing “supposedly” about John Wayne’s racist views. He once stated in an interview “I believe in white supremacy”. It would seem bizarre to be more concerned about keeping the name of an airport intact. It’s an airport, find something else to call it, like maybe, I don’t know, the same of the place it’s located in? ( As it was originally in this case) Unfortunately the “gone too far” line is part of the problem which many people don’t understand. By the way, I live 24 miles from John Wayne airport and it’s an absolute joy to travel through. Clean, quick and easy in and out.

Watching All series of the Sopranos- again! So good compared with some of the other dross shown on tv. You only realise how good some actors are when you see another series with bad acting in.

I'm not too sure where the problem comes with mentioning the phrase "gone too far" as this is used in everyday language without causing offence.

I'm not too sure where the problem comes with mentioning the phrase "gone too far" as this is used in everyday language without causing offence. It depends on the context you are using it. I’m confident you’re intelligent enough to know that. Please enlighten me, in your opinion, why is renaming an airport associated with an actor that proclaimed white supremacy and other bigoted views, going too far?

That buffoon who posted about the coco pops is too far.
The airport is understandable.
