How do I transfer my phone contacts from my SIM to my phone? Virgin says I've got to use a new SIM, so is it correct that I have to transfer the numbers on my current SIM to my phone.
All help greatly appreciated.

My phone is a Samsung btw If both phones are android you can download phoneclone app and as long as both phones have WiFi, it does it all for you, just follow prompts.

Thanks, Exile. I just want to transfer the phone numbers from my current SIM to my new one, but I am still using the same phone, not a different one. Will the instructions be the same as above?

What that does I believe is copy them from the sim to the phone, regardless of what sim you use the contacts will be stored on the handset, you could of course then copy them from the handset to the sim should you ever change handset.

Thanks, Exile. Just tried it and it seems to work. Not very good with technology, can't even spell TI correctly.

You could also save them from SIM to your Samsung account, then if you change devices to another Samsung next time the contacts move with you without having to do anything.
