Do you not remember his comments about us smashing the league, no disrespect to other teams etc when we dropped down to the North?! No. I might have repressed it along with every other memory of those early NLN seasons. Or I just might not have been paying attention. The arrogance and complacency doesn’t surprise me - we were just begging to make fools of ourselves Without doubt we had some crap players.but what was he supposed to say.we spent five out of six seasons.finishing mid- table with different players

It's slightly harsh to call 8th mid-table, but just about right in a 22 team division, but not sure about 5th.

Mark Kitching seems a very grounded bloke. Think he could be a future leader on and off the field. Just what we need. really looking forward to seeing mark play for us as there is a good possibility i have seen more of him than anyone at County. however i always find these player intervues more than a bit bland and rarely give anything away and say what we want to here at the end of the day.
