For those of you, like myself, who have England tickets for the Euros now in 2021. We might have a slight headache if County were to reach the Play Off final (assuming it'll still be played at Wembley). Will be an expensive few days Tried to attach a pic, no idea if its paid off so i'll just copy and paste in case: All National League divisions will finish on Sat 29th May 2021 under draft plans.
Playoffs will then take place in June, with the finals planned for Sat 19th June & Sun 20th June 2021.
*Wembley Stadium is being used for Euro 2020 group games on 13th, 18th & 22nd June 2021.Lets hope we just go up as Champions!

Almost certainly the play offs won’t be at Wembley if the Euros are on. It’ll be all Euros branded and I bet UEFA won’t stand for any other competitions being played on the pitch in between their games.
This is a good thing.
Dream scenario would be someone like Notts County at Hillsborough.

Dream scenario would be automatic promotion. I’d genuinely rather win against Notts or Wrexham at a full Hillsborough. I'd like to clinch the title at a full EP. That or at Meadow Lane, in a game where we know a win/draw will clinch the title with two stands full of Stockport fans (the side one, and the smaller end one to the left). Clubs have been given both those stands in the past. Would give us about 6000 seats which would allow almost everyone whose been even vaguely regularly in about the last 20 years the ability to be there (especially when a lot of home regulars simply do not travel away - even at Nuneaton I reckon there were probably around 500-1000 fans who go most/All home games who weren't there).

I'm still preferring a full Hillsborough, cup final feel but close enough and accessible for pretty much anyone to get it. Couldn't be in a better city to drink in afterwards too

Couldn't be in a better city to drink in afterwards too - Not sure it would be at Hillsborough. They'd have to sort it and book it way in advance of the finalists being known, and this is a very southern-heavy league. Villa Park might be a better bet.

Did they not used to have them at Stoke a few years ago or did I dream that?

Did they not used to have them at Stoke a few years ago or did I dream that? Stoke definitely had Carlisle the year they came up, they took about 10,000 of the 13,000 crowd. The Britannia was also used when they used to have a North v South play off final. I went to see Alty v Eastbourne there in 2005, I think. In fact, that's the year Carlisle would have gone up so maybe it was because Wembley was out of action then? I know they also used the Walkers stadium for the 2006 final too when Hereford went up. Etihad was used in 2012 but that was because of the Olympics at Wembley.

Any ground that size would be great if we had Notts, Wrexham or Chesterfield. Not so great if we played Maidenhead or Dagenham and they had 500 fans rattling around their end. Leicester would be another decent shout. I never went there in 2008/09 so could tick that off.

Imagine us turning up at Stoke I think we may get a Leek type reception. They haven't forgotten us at all some of the bitterness from them last time I was in a clients Stoke call centre was quite impressive.
