Good to read, that place needs to diversify as this virus will only speed up the death of the High Street in the U.K.

It's a great place vic. Unfortunately X Gen are finding it very difficult with the restrictions on social distancing, so they are only offering the whole facility to parties in a 'bubble'. They fully clean in between every session, using a specialist UV machine to ensure any potential virus cannot remain on surfaces. Wanted to post this, because it would be a shame if such a great attraction was lost from Stockport. I've never seen a venue with such positive feedback, if anyone has kids or likes virtual reality gaming themselves, I'd definitely recommend it! Stockport is definitely changing towards leisure with the Players Entrance, War Hammer, the Light Cinema, X-Gen, etc. All excellent places, the town centre has made a lot of good steps to diversify away from retail towards leisure and then covid kicks them in the balls!

I was down there today and they've started work stripping out the old M&S, the Peel centre and the market were quite busy but Merseyway was dead.
