Anthony Pilkington has joined East Bengal Ultras where he'll be managed by Robbie Fowler. Also notice Michael Rose is now at Warrington Town. Warrington also have Bohan Dixon and Josh Amis! Boy has our squad progressed since then.

Joe Bunney leaves Bolton for Matlock who will play him as a centre forward. www.burndenaces.co.uk/2020/10/18/joe-bunney-joins-non-league-matlock-town.htmlAlso First Year youth team youngster Adam Owen, a left sided midfielder, who was on the bench in a couple of the early pre season friendlies including the game against Fleetwood, has joined Ashton Town, where Raynsey plays. Not sure if loan or permanent.

Would think a few more of the promotion side are still playing Ruddy, Williams, McNulty & Dicker four particularly springing to mind as possibilities. Maybe Johnny Mullins too? Danny Rowe was at Ipswich until very recently at least, and have a vague feeling Whitehead is back at league level, but can’t remember for sure. Another Nolanesque one - McConville is still at Accrington I think. edit: have now checked and just over half correct! Ruddy - backup keeper at Wolves Williams - Bristol City McNulty - Rochdale Dicker - Kilmarnock Whitehead - Port Vale mcconville - Accrington Mullins - retired & Rowe free agent Ashley Williams is a free agent. He got released by Bristol City at the end of the season. Not announced his retirement but at his age it might be imminent.

He may be local again, seen him in Altrincham a few times over the past 12 months. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes a gig lower down, he had quite a rapid decline after he went to Everton. Although he's still technically Wales captain, so he may still want to try again. Wouldn't be a bad addition to the squad here as a player/coach as he heads into retirement.

Wouldn't be a bad addition to the squad here as a player/coach as he heads into retirement. didn,t know we had a vacancy for another coach. know its a big drop from bristol city to County but would he actually get into our side at the moment. its not about his ability but more about fitting in with lesser players of the type he has not played with for years.

I don't know if there is. I'd imagine he would but in this completely hypothetical situation, he'd be there for cover and for the experience of having a former Premier League player and former Wales captain around the place.

Giggs will have him training with Salford as he waits for offers I reckon Who would he learn more from though, Jim or whichever chump they get at Salford? It’s not going to happen but would be great to have him working with Palmer, Stott and Hogan.

He’ll be sickening to see if they do well under him
