Why would you share this? 😢 😂 Oh f*ck. I was so distraught at 5 seconds of listening to Ryan McK talk like a robot that I didn't realise who the guest was and why you shared it 🤦♂️ I lasted until McKnight called it a 'webinar'. Get in the sea.

Bringing this back up the board.
Football has always been about fine margins. Fact is we haven’t scored in 7 hours and are still going backwards.
No excuses (actually, it’d be a laugh to hear some!). Just bugger off.

Wasn’t sure if we were reliving Neil Young days or McKnight but am convinced that Wilson is McKnight 2.0. It doesn’t bode well for us.

Some of us see this mess as a consequence of an egotist promoted way above his abilities (a la McKnight); some of us see it as a consequence of bad luck and (in some cases) bent officials (like many of us did during the first few weeks of Young's tenure).

All this talk of Neil Young has reminded me that some people defended Glenn Rule biting their player because the tackle on him was bad, so there’s that.

The length of contracts concern me, whilst they get a bit of airtime it’s mad how we’ve ended up with a very average squad with a lot of security in it for them.
This has to be down to Wilson. Whilst some of the signings are 100% Jim’s: e.g. Williams, Bennet and Rooney (he told plenty he wanted him) - the length of contracts given is completely down to the recruitment team which Wilson is head of.
On top of this I’ve heard some bonkers fees being talked about to get them too. Our commitment on the signings made surely has to be into 7 figures plus now?

He was actually with us until Christmas 2016 and played 7/8 games in the early part of Jim’s first full season back, the Danny Lloyd season. I thought he’d been sacked off way before that but looks like he was given a chance under Jim.
