I’ve heard from a couple of sources that it was originally going to be Monday and County wanted supporters in but Torquay objected as it would give County an unfair advantage. If this is true it is absolutely outrageous. Maybe Torquay should replay the games they played this season where fans were present. Surely the league should be doing what they can to let the paying public back in if considered safe, not because it suits Torquay. Not quite. I believe the game was mooted for the Monday and there would have been very little Torquay could have done about it (or us, for that matter) but it's now Sunday lunchtime. Tbf, if it was at their place and it got moved to when they could have 4000 fans in we'd be crying about it being a conspiracy. But the point is,we didn't bleat about it earlier in the season when they had fans in due to being in zone 2 and we couldn't have any. And presumably they made some more money from this too?

Totally different situation, you can't compare the two. Allowing fans in was nothing to do with the league back then, it was government policy/laws. This was about potentially giving us an advantage by moving the kick off time 50 hours or so, so we could play infront of fans. An advantage no other club in the league would enjoy that weekend.

Double standards? that was different as both clubs did not have a fixture on the last day of the season and a television company was not involved in the decision. both clubs and the league decided on the change.

We play Tuesday (though after a longish break) and Torquay don't so the extra day's recovery is probably useful as after that we don't play until the following Saturday.

Taking the annoyance out of it, probably the best way to look at it, as stated earlier, defeat v Dag Red and it’s playoffs for County, which is still something we can savour and succeed in. I wonder if Torquay will do an overnight stay?

Moved to Sunday 16th May, lunchtime kick off. FFS, needed moving back one more day! Not surprising this is to be televised, although i've not seen any mention of this anywhere other than here?

12.15 KO on the Sunday confirmed by NL on Twitter. Have we ever had as many games on TV in one season...?

Make the most of it because if we do manage to get promoted this season back to the FL it’ll be years before we’re shown on TV again unless it’s one of the cup games etc.

Maybe everyone could protest against the European superleague and get it moved, only joking officer.

They may put on an Oldham or Salford game if it fell during an international break etc.
