Energy saving light bulbs, Wrexham unlucky to be behind they look ahead of us on what seen thus far which is obv small sample size, played through teams as they dont have natural target man and got Notts defenders on the turn had perfectly good goal disallowed, think trying to get couple more in before deadline tomorrow aswell
Notts looked just ok so far, good header from Wootton though
As i type Mullin just scored proper poachers strike, brave header and excellent cross
Im sure Wilson and Stott be watching and comparing with these two though and hopefully jolt us into action of realising we need a striker and at least one quality midfielder

It's certainly very odd, maybe in all the excitement of the takeover they forgot to buy stronger light bulbs. It’s still the dark ages in Wrexham.

Seems an eternity since County beat Wrexham at the Racecourse in what was a superb performance, Wrexham have been completely transformed.

Two good teams - they will both be in the mix along with Chesterfield & Dagenham.

Win tomorrow and we’ll go above both of them. Wrexham look like they have a good midfield and forward line but seem to be missing a couple of players at the back to play alongside Tozer. They’ll definitely be up there. Notts I’m not so sure about.

In the long run a draw is probably the best result for us. They’ll both be right up there.
Pretty impressed by Wrexham, thought they’d start slow and take a while to gel but Parkinson is a top manager for conference level and looks like he’s done a good job.

just wonder if these teams have two obvious starters injured and one who would be on the bench at least in their opening games. be nice to get everyone fit and available just to see how good or ordinary we actually are.

The crowds in the NL have so far been ridiculous, to get 6400 against Grimsby is hard to get your head around when as a league fixture half of that would have been considered okay.

Chesterfield winning again tonight, we could be ten points behind them by 10pm, albeit with them having played a game more. Grimsby winning as well, they’d go 9 ahead on the same games.
