No - I'd never like to see County get beat. Wouldn't fancy 1700 of their lot bouncing round all over the show being particularly pleasant either.

I don't want him to pull a flukey 1 nil and keep his job. He needs to go and go now. If losing against Wrexham caused that then it's for the greater good. |

it's not a case of wanting to get stuffed by Wrexham, it's a case of knowing it's going to happen, and there's nothing we can do about it.
Seriously considering giving this one a swerve (and that's speaking as someone who was at the Vauxhall Motors home game!)

Different things though.
I certainly don't want County to lose and definitely not against them, it will be pretty humiliating.
I'd much rather Simon Rusk turn this mess around, I don't like having a continuous churn of managers. It's generally counter productive.
Whether he can turn the ship around is another matter!

Thing is, we already started with the 'continuous churn' by getting rid of one manager that didn't really need replacing.
When you've done it once already, doing it a second/third/fourth time pretty much becomes a necessity until you find the right man...

He's a Tesco value Tim Sherwood and is that type of character to get a few sneaky results and then make himself to look hard done by when he does eventually get the boot further down the line. As much as I obviously want County to win, a good stuffing by a club who've just themselves shifted mentality as a club would be the first glimmer of light at the end of this tunnel. Ideally though of course, Rusk is gone today |
