He’s got to win the next 6 on the bounce to get us back to 2 points per game. Good luck with that.

I never want County to lose and hope we trash Wrexham with or without Rusk. I prefer without. To me his interviews are poor and show apart from scratching his head, he hasn’t got a clue.
If I am being honest, I would prefer SR to start providing, more detailed constructive comments on how he intends to address matters instead of just saying, it is what it is and we move on. Happy for him to stay only if results improve.
Nothing but a win on Saturday or he should be replaced. Our home form is disgraceful and cost us promotion last season. One point out of nine is more than totally unacceptable. Anything less than four out of twelve he has to go!!!
Barnet and Aldershot have sacked their manager this morning.

I wonder how far the four who don't want us to win would take this. Like, would you turn down five wins in a row because we'd definitely be keeping him then. Good question. If we get 5 on the bounce then he will have turned it around. I'll reassess my opinion and admit I got it wrong. I'd offer a similar answer personally. Although I would still question if he's good enough for us - what happens after this 5 or 6 games? Do we then lose 5 on the spin. I dunno. But truthfully, do I see us winning the next 5 or 6...not really.

There is absolutely no chance of us winning on Saturday. It shouldn’t need a stuffing for him to go but I can see one if Wrexham play well.

No, but it will feel like prolonging the inevitable if we somehow scrape a result.

I genuinely think he will get out of this one. We have a decent run of games up to new year after Saturday.
Weymouth (a) Aldershot (h) FA Cup 4Q Round Notts (a) Barnet (h) Dover (a) FA Cup 1st Round Bromley (h) Woking (a) King's Lynn (h) Wealdstone (a) Eastleigh/FA Cup 2nd Round Torquay (a) FA Trophy 3rd Round Alty (h) Solihull (a) Alty (a)
Notts away, Bromley home and Torquay away being the only fixtures I'd perhaps not expect 3 points from.

I’d expect 3 points from every game so far apart from maybe Boreham Wood. Draw against Grimsby wasn’t a disaster but otherwise all poor performances. We will have been favourites in every game so far this season. An easy run gives even more reason for a new manager to get in now and gain some confidence.

With our aims and the comparable budgets we should have been beating Yeovil and Halifax quite comfortably, instead we lost both games 3-0.

My point was that the board might be holding on for as long as possible. In this run if he somehow manages to get a few wins it will give them more reasons to keep him on. Sacking him then they'll all have to admit the mistake they made by sacking Jimbo. I genuinely think he'll still be here by Christmas, even if we fail to win half of those matches I mentioned 🤦♂️

If he survives beyond the Wrexham game, we could be stuck with this clown for the rest of the season

it's not a case of wanting to get stuffed by Wrexham, it's a case of knowing it's going to happen, and there's nothing we can do about it. Seriously considering giving this one a swerve (and that's speaking as someone who was at the Vauxhall Motors home game!) I'm the opposite, it's one that I have to attend.

And anyone not attending on Saturday purely because Rusk is still Manager, sure they'd be pretty quick in the queue for a Ticket if Rusk turns it around and we've a Play-Off Final at the end of the season. While I can understand people not going for other reasons (that there will likely be trouble / a toxic atmosphere), it's a poor show IMO if somebody doesn't attend because of the Manager.
