He'll be in charge for Saturday. The incompetence increases. Utterly unbelievable.

Really don’t understand that decision. All they had to do was look on any board and they’d see it’s down to a handful of people arguing for him to have more time. We’re already 9pts behind the leaders. He’s lost the fans and from the looks of the Yeovil and Halifax games - some of the players!
Grateful I’m not going to be there on Saturday. Promises to be a horrible day at EP.

He'll be in charge for Saturday. He’ll be here.. don’t think he’s in charge of anything.

He'll be in charge for Saturday. I'll be elsewhere then.

Coming back to comments about whether they have their finger on the pulse about County, if they think a home crowd is going to be more forgiving than an away crowd then they are going to have a very big culture shock indeed. He will get about 15 minutes of grace if he's lucky unless we come out of the traps flying.

Promises to be a horrible day at EP. I wonder if they fully realise just how nasty Saturday could be? If it's anything like Yeovil/Halifax, there won't be polite applause or even just a few boos. It'll be personal abuse and proper anger. It's not right, but that's how it'll be if we turn in another performance like Yeovil. Throw in a big crowd and Wrexham bouncing around and I really wouldn't be surprised to see people on the pitch and it going off all over the ground and down Castle Street. I hope they're prepared for it.

Promises to be a horrible day at EP. We are expecting over 5000 of our fans in a 7000 crowd. I think we will be lucky to attract 4000 of our own fans. A winning team we could have had 6500 of our fans attending. Hope I am wrong but we rarely perform in front of a big crowd under Rusk. I know how you feel m14, me too.

Will a win really convince anyone that he's the man to take us forward?
I remember a few transformative early season games in recent Gannon seasons when we had started poorly. A Tuesday night home loss against Fylde and a convincing Tuesday night home win against league leaders Chorley. It felt like the season turned on those performances. I just can't for the life of me envisage that happening with this team and manager.
But I'm just an unimportant keyboard warrior.

Another wasted week and game then. It’s clearly not going to work out long term so let’s just end it - it can’t be doing him any good either and if it gets nasty again on Saturday he’ll go out with the ultimate low. I think the saddest part on that is that everyone at the Halifax game was there and ready to give him a chance. There was a few mumblings at the home game of Rusk Out/Gannon's Blue and White Army but as soon as he stepped on that pitch at Halifax he had a loud rendition of his name. The negativity from Yeovil didn't carry over at all, and then we served up that performance. I am not so sure he will get that benefit of the doubt again next Saturday.. Imagine if we're dire on Saturday and the whole of the ground is chanting "Jimmy Gannon's Blue and White Army" 🤯

Sorry? Are we being referred to as that by the current ownership/management??

I never really expected him to go before Saturday, they’re in too deep with the whole fiasco of sacking JG for him they need to give him every chance plausible to justify their decision.
A poor performance and a loss on Saturday though and surely there’s no way he can stay any longer.

Really don’t understand giving him another game. If you’re at the point where you are giving a manger 1 more game then surely you’ve lost faith in him. One result won’t change my opinion now. Rusk needs to go

Baffling decision that regardless of the result, I'll be glued to this place for updates, if he's still in charge for the next home game I might not bother anyway, despite having a season ticket, I can handle getting beaten, god knows were used to that but the style of football is indeed numbingly boring and judging by the lack of interest around me even at 1-0 against Yeovil I'm not the only one that thinks that.
