He's been given a job at Northwich Victoria because their manager has a 10 week touchline ban: Jim at Northwich
I'm glad to have it sorted out one way or the other. Maybe now we can get back to talking about football and backing Alan Lord.

All that Jimbo hysteria over nothing. What shall we all fall out about now?

Hopefully he can begin to restore his reputation there. The consortium was obviously a non starter so I think we can all now focus on what WE can do. Starting 21/12/13.

The board are meeting roomies I think so I'm sure it'll be high on the list.

He'll have a bust up with one of the players and get off the coach leaving them managerless.

Why do you think it's permanent?

Why do you think it's permanent? Because they've made a new role for the old manager. Director of football.

Considering his reputation it's amazing that he is now on his fifth job, sixth if you count us twice.
Are these club chairmen thick or are the anti-Gannon brigade the classic vocal minority?
I wouldn't be surprised to hear about job number lucky seven shortly after the 10 weeks is up.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear about job number lucky seven shortly after the 10 weeks is up. Whether you like him or not, he is qualified, knowledgeable, intelligent and articulate. Not that many managers at this level have any ability to communicate. eg AL seems to have taken lessons from Bobby Gould! He talks using english words, but often the wrong ones, in the wrong order.
