Would be tricky to whip a stage up quickly after the Halifax fans have dispersed but not beyond the realms of possibility. Would probably be easier just in front of the RE, so that it could be started before they’ve left. An advantage of that would be you don’t have to factor in the rake either, nor be building around seats which is an arse. Yeah a platform like Liverpool had in the Kop wouldn't be practical but one of those things they knock up on the pitch in a few minutes if possible. Or nothing if not - just have the players line up with the guy with the trophy on a folding table. Problem with using any part of the pitch is the fans and no barrier. Nuneaton all over again. Back of the RE means you've got the barrier, and the presentation is raised up so could be seen by all parts of the ground (and magnified on the screen). I’m saying build a stage in front of the railway end. You could even have the steps up to it coming from behind the railway end hoardings so there’s a barrier. I speak from experience it’s a lot easier to construct these sorts of things on a flat surface than on raked steps.

The current regime do this sort of thing quite well, I am sure it will be great. Can’t see any stage being miraculously knocked up though.

Can we just wait until we’ve maybe done it yet lads? Still a way to go yet.

Just bumping this so that the remaining tickets are bought by County fans.
If you haven't got yours already, you need to now. Just under 3 blocks left in the Pop Side.

I know I'm being cynical, but I'm surprised this is selling out so quickly. I'm not convinced the floating 'fan' is clued up enough to buy a ticket 3 weeks in advance.

You always get a lot of exiles who have to pick and choose games throughout the season who always do the last home game - myself included. It’s always a well attended game in general, add in the possibility of a title and I’m not surprised it’s already close to a sell out.

Was weird how LT4 was completely sold out in the CE really early on, though.

Not too surprised Back row of LT3 or LT4 as close to the centre as possible are the best seats in EP. The view in the UTs just isn't as good. I hope one day we have something of similar height with unrestricted views along the pop side. Being in line with the halfway line at that elevation would be very good.

Not too surprised I would probably agree, but lt3 is pretty much the same, and was nowhere near booked out when lt4 had huge blocks sold. No random seats left as you would normally expect.
