Mine arrived today also, but just one thing to note....the Season Ticket Code on the letters are missing the last digit from the barcode on the tickets themselves so be careful which one you use when buying tickets in the future.

Got mine today. But also at least the club have found a solution to have a digital version of your season ticket on the login.
Now they just need to tweet about it to get the word out and save themselves a bunch of moaners like me in person!

Brilliant - thanks for that info. Albeit I had that awful scenario where my login didnt work and I went into one of those 'blackholes' where the reset password conflicted. Finally sorted after awhile and downloaded ok...... then, faint thump on the doormat and there it was delivered by Mr Postie - Sheesh - dont know what all the fuss was about !!

They do plan on doing so, I just offered to put it on here and they were happy for me to do so.

Well mine arrived this morning which is a relief. Total nonsense sending them out second class and the guy who authorised that needs to stand in the corner for a week with the dunce cap on.

Mine arrived today too. Got to commend the club on the impressive synchronised delivery. 😉

Either they weren't actually sent out last Friday or they've all been sat in the same bag in a sorting office somewhere for a few days

Well mine still hasn’t materialised but I’m v relieved that the club has finally moved into the 21st century by sending out a digital copy to save me & others queueing in the pouring rain 👍🏼

Thanks for the info, I have downloaded my season ticket to my phone. 😀 Assume that you can just crop the qr code, save that in your photos, and then just scan that at the turnstile? That's what I've done, and assume you don't need all the document with seat details, ground map etc.

I’ve just taken a screenshot of the pdf and will present that. Would be neater if you could load the pdf straight into the apple wallet.. but a screenshot is just as good at the turnstile.

We just can't help but shoot ourselves in the d### with ticketing at the moment. We've had prices hiked, prices pulled due to fan pressure, renewal windows widened, tickets for the first 3 games on a link that didn't work for over an hour, emails with codes not appearing/appearing late, and now finally the tickets we've all paid for might not even turn up in time for the first game due to second class postage. It's just very, very poor and needs sorting properly. (hopefully this rant means our tickets land on our doorsteps tomorrow morning ;-) ) Might be coming over all conspiracy theory here, but that all smacks of people being given financial targets and bonuses, etc, for money generated/saved. I mean, we're talking the best part of 2 million quid for STs. And we're trying to save about 10 grand in postage, but pissing everyone off royally? And it's not even as if it's the first time. Whoever took the decision to pay for 2nd class rather than 1st/tracked needs their arse kicking, they really do. Fans shouldn't have this kind of grief after shelling out hundreds of pounds.

So far this season I have paid £2.50 postage x 3 times.
Walsall and Sheff Wed were both sent 1st class and tickets in same envelope each time.
Season tickets were sent in individual envelopes, but sent 2nd class.
It seems a bit mixed up at the mo, but hopefully it will continue like the match day ticket situation, but maybe knock a quid off?

That explains the different set ups for ticket distributions...no one likes paying over the top for stuff like postage, especially in this digital era, when we can download our STs.
