Perhaps it's just the way it's written but a lot of the responses seem a bit arsey. As in 'know your place, we know best'.

Well, I suppose we'd better get used to another season (and beyond) of a sub-par ticketing system!

No, the meeting was held in a very convivial atmosphere . Questions have to be framed in a businesslike manner and we expect the Club to respond similarly and that`s the way it went . We are looking forward to maintaining a good working relationship with the Club that will be to the benefit of Club, its Supporters and the Supporters Cooperative.

I probably didn't understand this correctly but that mentions debt to 2 outside company's. One of £3 million and one of £12 million.
Does that mean we're £15 million in debt to those company's?

Dog shit answers and more lies on the clubs corporate structure. Bollocks about all games except Orient going on open sale too. Salford both times and Harrogate in the league didn’t reach open sale.

You need an Accountant to answer this properly but no we “Stockport County Football Club” don’t currently owe that money but their answer is a bit tricky-knickers - you can transfer the debts to other Companies but if they don’t do anything other than operate Stockport County should the shit hit the fan (again) I am sure the Administrators/Football Creditors would see that as one entity - Bigmartin will know score - it hasn’t gone away yet - this was the fundamental issue at Bury

I guess that we have got more important things on today.............................but I will be re-visiting this !!!!!

Yes quite clear, this legal structure has nothing to do with Vita, it all relates to Mr Stott's private ownership of the club and we as fans need to have the full picture to understand the true financial position.

Like you said, more pressing matters today, but as soon as this season ends (and another £?M losses are announced)…

In this day and age to understand your club and the game i feel you would be better taking accountancy exams, understanding business speak rather than taking your coaching badges. Seems so many words spoken and so few answers for me.

The financial structure can and should be quite simple but for various reasons (one being transparency) owners of football clubs make them as complicated as possible.......

Top and bottom of it is we have amassed losses of £15-20M and own precisely nothing - I love the ambition and can’t fault the quality of improvements they have made to the stadium and training ground - I have no doubt they will continue in that vein - but we cannot operate in such a financially precarious way with or without Mark Stott - I’d like to say we’ve been here before but we haven’t - the £6.7M debt left us an hour away from liquidation - this goes wrong now and we are gonners
