If it's anything like the recent coach offerings by the club, it will only be one coach of 50 people anyway unless the guy who runs Beeline is going to contract out other coaches. probably will have too I don't think beeline have too many coaches although Ive no clue. We should have about atleast 10-15 coaches from the club but only if beeline reach out to other company's and then all the fan ones

Anyone used big green coach? Says £48 on their website but not sure how reliable they are. Need space for 7. probably quite reliable as they do lots of big events all over the country and my dad says their the official coach company for Tottenham although they are Birmingham based. Leaves from Big tesco doesn't it?

Reading comments that the train isn't an option timing wise. Am I missing something obvious as it looks fine to me? I'm on 8.14 from Stockport due in around 11 plenty of time tube about 40 mins time for pint and a bite at Wembley

Carlisle fans have tweeted Avanti Northwest about putting on an early train, as they won't be arriving until after midday, & Avanti have said 'no can do' because they are doing track work on saturday & sunday & there are likely to be delays....... They'll have to settle and carlisle to Leeds or Tyne Valley to Newcastle. Or a long bus ride! It should be in the North Work been on section from Lancaster to Preston/Manchester hence I'm driving to Stockport from Lancaster then jumping on the train

Parking at Wembley will add a bit to the cost, but obviously not a tenner each person...like you say, people will pay it so fair enough. I'm prepared to pay that to be honest! About £100 for coach and ticket to watch County in a league 2 playoff final at Wembley is the stuff of dreams, compared to 10 years ago.

Sure I read somewhere that people park at Barnet's ground for Wembley. There's a lot of space there, and it's right next to a Tube station which is 3 stops from Wembley. Not seen anything online as yet, but it'd be a decent option. Nice and close to the M1 too.

I was talking to my brother last night about the 2008 Wembley final and he reckons we paid £60 total for the match ticket and the coach, which we thought is probably not that far off today's prices. Being the nerd that I am, I checked this using the the Bank of England's Inflation calculator and it's £91.25 in 2023 terms. So pretty much the same as last time!

That's how it worked for Notts County vs Chesterfield anyway

So if I do travel it’s 3.15 Saturday flight from Sydney, 06.30 Sunday at Heathrow, get to Wembley… win … back to Heathrow 10.35pm for a flight back to Sydney, landing at 05.30 on Tuesday in time to get to work. Will tell the family I’m popping out to the shops for a pint of milk

The Green Man pub is always good, has a massive beer garden and loads of bars with the forecast being warm. Bakerloo line to Wembley Central then a 5 minute walk, and another 5 min walk to the ground. Staying in Reading so will land at Paddington which seems to have a direct tube to Wembley Central, Google maps show a 25 minute stomp, I might just switch at Baker Street and get off at Wembley Park🤔

If the pubs are East Side of Wembley then you are better off going to Wembley Park as thats where all the pubs will be for us.

Plan for us is to drop our bags off at the hotel and immediately get the hell out of Luton for St Albans and then the next day head to London on the early train for too many drinks to settle the nerves. 30 mins to St Pancras to meet up. The hotel is themed around hats which is a nice coincidence, hopefully translates into some luck!

It'll be even more dead than usual in Luton the Saturday, they'll all be at Wembley.

It's a massive shithole anyway and apparently St Albans is only 10 minutes on the train so suspect we will be camped out there all day. Hopefully we're both celebrating a good weekend.
