Good move albeit knowing we won't take that many but credit where its due. Would have been funny if they'd done that but for the Wrexham away fixture. Anyone who goes to both Gillingham and Crawley.

A healthy number of the Southern based, particularly South East based fans will be doing both I imagine.

I applaud the Gillingham one and giving those who went dibs on Crawley tickets but let’s not get carried away. Crawley on a Monday is probably the least appealing fixture of the season, it’s never going to sell out, so makes perfect sense to give the Gills contingent a little reward. In reality it’s just symbolic and a nice gesture because the tickets will always make open sale, nobody is in danger of missing out. We’ve had plenty of midweek treks in the past, I always find it a bit twee and patronising when you get these Instagram and Twitter awaydays accounts applauding fans who make the journey, as if there’s something weird about supporting your team. As atmosphere says, there’ll be a good number in the Gills and Crawley crowds who are south east based.

Doubt ticket touts are going to make much out of crawley v County tickets.

Spoke to ticket office yesterday and he said tickets will be available on the day from Crawley if anyone fancies a last minute dash down or any other Southerners are struggling to get hold of a ticket from County.

You can't That does make no sense at all if you can buy one from their ticket office on the day of the game. However its football tickets you are talking about so sense seems to have flown out of the window since covid.

Some actual common sense ticketing, bloody Mrs has booked her dental appointment at 4pm in Saddleworth of all places no chance I'm getting there sadly.
