I wondered if they're planning to sell the whole thing to Blackburn fans. I guess financially that would make sense. Are Blackburn really going to bring 3.5k for a 1st Round League Cup game? Bang them in the Railway End and two blocks of the Popside, 2,000ish, job done. Leave the rest of the Popside for Popsiders. Presumably they’re hoping to avoid having to open the Railway, poor way to treat home fans though, it’s a four or five hour round trip on a week night and 60 quid in petrol for me, if the ticket system pisses me off I’ll sack it off and watch on the telly |

No idea if this would have worked but let ST from cheadle end and moan stand have 2 days to buy their seats and then anyone in the pop gets the 3rd day (only 1 day) and then General sale

They should be able to buy any non-ST seat in either the Cheadle End or Main Stand. the NON-ST seats in the CE/MS are pretty rubbish seats anyway, so I think mat1scfc idea is a decent option, and gives popsiders a better choice on 'day 3' |

So it looks like the emails went out with the incorrect barcodes in a lot of cases then. The email I received is missing a '5' off the end of the barcode number when compared to the one in my google wallet. The online system didn't like either barcode number, so I had to ring the ticket office. As always they were great, but it's going to be a long season if we can't even get the correct barcodes, nevermind have to then wade through Future Ticketing. I'm definitely not convinced I'll be able to get Blackpool tickets smoothly... Went through all this last season as well and you,d have think it would have been sorted by now. Sick of eventually having to ring up the ticket office when really it should be unnecessary. |

The barcode issue is just a simple mail merge/source code error. But if you've any customer service knowledge at all then you run a few spot checks of the emails first, make sure they are showing the correct data before sending. It's just a bit sloppy.
The terrible service provided by Future Ticketing we've covered on here ad nauseum, I do not look forward to having to use it tomorrow.

Is anyone else given the option to book someone as a 'personal assistant' ? I'm trying to book for 1 adult and 1 senior but it'll only allow me to book for an adult or a pa.
