I predict our next signing will be 6ft 4", but alas probably not a defender.

I can't see any new signings coming in anytime soon. Why not BF? stranger things happen,we could be pleasantly surprised come saturday, still think it could be a short term loan. I think the powder is being kept dry for the moment. We have no idea what is going on with any supposed take over, whether Chinese/Bellis or any other that is eluded to on ye olde worlde yellow boarde

The club are looking at it, but need to free up cash to do so. Sacking Crainey and Hand would be a good idea ! TBH if I were dicko I would play for free to get back into things. Fingers crossed anyway, but there is also the possibility he'll be a shadow of his former self so it is not a fail safe signing anyway.

I know they are both bone idle IMO but surely that is not a sackable offence? Personally if any cash was to come free I'd rather spend it on a couple of defenders and/or a goalkeeper. When Jevons is fit we look fairly decent upfront.

If I were shit at my job I would get sacked ! I do agree though, even without Jevons and Turner, upfront is less of a worry than our back line. * Actually I can't get sacked...I own the company ! But you know what I mean

But you know what I mean It would be difficult for them to sack you outright. Without first going through proper procedures to work out why you are no good at the job, are you just not trying? Are there things they could do to help you perform better? They'd need to give your proper warnings and go through a disciplinary process as well. If they just sacked you with no reasons given and not following these procedures I'm thinking they'd be seeing you next in an employment tribunal.

Your all quite right, obviously we cant just sack them, but is really really annoying they take what they do for being utterly shit and not contributing at all. I would, if I were in charge, be asking them if they wanted to leave and null / void their contracts and see if they can get a game elsewhere.

Didn't Geohagan have his contract terminated because he refused to play as he didn't want to be cup tied? Why would he be interested in coming here?
Dickinson seems more bothered about putting stupid pictures and videos on social networking sites than getting back in to football.
