40......
What is so special about the number 40 ?
Well....it is the number of goals scored in his England career by Michael Owen !
And......Gerd Muller, top German striker notched that colossal number of Bundeslega goals in season 1971-72 for Bayern Munich!
Not impressed yet?
Then......ponder for a moment the fact that 40 is exactly 40 more than the number of goals scored by Barry Conlon for County in 2010!
Amazingly none of the above is the reason for this missive today, the reason is that it is exactly 40 days to the 2016 Supporters Cooperative 5 A Side Tournament at the Powerleague.

The Tournament is in support of the Guardian Account and details are....
Sunday 1st May
11:30am arrival for 12:00 noon start
5 a side/ Max 8 players per team
£5 per player
Tournament format will be determined on the day once all teams have arrived. The aim is a several group round robin start, followed by QF, SF, F
Powerleague league rules will be adhered to, and there's a licensed bar on site so what's not to like- please get that team application in to Andy Plant at andrew.plant@enwl.co.uk.
