It was err....snowing......sleeting....raining...and Hurricane Herbert was giving us some,, but when I arrived at the exit gate to the Booth Street Car Park not only were John Gaskin, Mike O'Brien and Fitzy hard at work but they had almost finished the job in hand which was the erection of a new `Welcome to Stockport County' sign at that exit gate.

Monday at the Car Park is the latest Help the Hatters Car Boot Sale which starts at ridiculous o'clock and extends until 13.00.
If you have still not contacted Angela( angela.moore53@ntlworld.com) to volunteer I will just say one thing.....CAKE !
Finally............ the first Edgeley Park Working Party takes place this coming Thursday 5 May . Meet at the Railway End entrance soon as you can after 6pm
