This is interesting. I knew Wrexham were in it recently but didn’t know what it was based on. Not sure I'd ever like County to be in that competition. An outstanding example of sponsorship in relation to Scottish football, the winners' prize is a year's supply of Caramel Wafers for the entire team. Not good for fitness levels, I'd have thought.
Although I have to confess to eating one myself occasionally... I know it wouldn't be most popular here but I wouldn't mind a County away trip to Scotland. I'd rather we are promoted though than 'qualified' for this

Was lucky enough to see Dumbarton in the semis of the Tunnocks Challenge Cup a couple of seasons back. Oswestry was swamped with Sons fans watching their heroes dump TNS out. Don't forget it's not just Scottish teams there are Welsh, Northern Irish and Irish clubs in the draw.
Preferred option has to be to go up this coming season but if not then it could be a chance to have some interesting days out.

I know it wouldn't be most popular here but I wouldn't mind a County away trip to Scotland. neither would i. prefer it to weymouth any day.
