Touray starts the 2nd match for gambia in the international break Best of luck to him. Providing he makes it through the game, we're really lucky with the fixture scheduling. That's the only game today; some are as late as 8pm Tuesday. If that was the case, I'd imagine he'd be flying back Wednesday, recovering Thursday and back in training Friday at best.

Subbed off at at 83 mins. Looks tactical as it was part of triple sub with Gambia losing 2-1 to Tunisia. FT, so a draw and loss and basically 2 full games for Touray.

Bradford supporting mate so not good news on sarcevic. Ruptured his knee I saw MSH on Instagram wishing him well, in a way that led me to believe it was a bad one. Terrible news for him, but with his injury record over the last few years it probably explains why we wouldn't offer more than 12 months.

Terrible news for him, but with his injury record over the last few years it probably explains why we wouldn't offer more than 12 months. sarcevic posted a video (of multiple videos) of kids wishing him well in his recovery and one of them said something like next few months. Bradfords version of sam byrne said it would be 1 month and that was last week

Mark Kitching scored for Ildham last night in a 1-1 draw. Steady start for them in the Conference, Rochdale have had a very strong start with another win last night.

Oldham have been poor for the money they've spent. They've signed alot of crap and too many players. No idea if they have a dof but they need one or a better one with a plan

No win in 6 and, worse, 2 wins in 19 if you go back to end of last season (only 5 losses to tbf but very much draw specialists - their last 4 games have ended 1-1). Mellon is under pressure.

They've signed some decent players but they just don't seem to blend as a team.
They have a very good defence for that level but seem to play wing backs with one striker.
Should move to two strikers and get Stretton in on loan to play with James Norwood.

I have to say, I thought Oldham were a very good team when we went to Boundary Park in pre-season. Definitely had the better of us that day.

Know a couple of brothers who are latics fans and both want to walk on the peter wilde side as they do not think mellon gets the best out of whats available.

Talking to a bloke at work this morning and he's the same. He sees baby head as the dream appointment. I suggested they go for Jim Gannon

Has done an absolutely terrible job. Lots of really poor signings on long big money deals especially during the Unsworth era who was seemingly appointed due to the Everton connection and was way out of his depth. Didn’t think Mellon was a good appointment at the time and hasn’t got enough about him to get enough out of the old overpaid squad he has been lumbered with. Wild would be the obvious choice but would he go there without some promises of some extra money to reshape the squad?
