Why would you share this? đ˘ đ Oh f*ck. I was so distraught at 5 seconds of listening to Ryan McK talk like a robot that I didn't realise who the guest was and why you shared it đ¤Śââď¸ Oh crap I didnât even notice that either! I thought it was just being shared because of McKnight!

Two peas in a pod talking absolute shite.
Makes it all the more interesting that Suedehead alluded to someone with McShite connections registering on this board in the aftermath of the Gannon sacking telling us how amazing Rusk will be..

All this talk of Neil Young has reminded me that some people defended Glenn Rule biting their player because the tackle on him was bad, so thereâs that. That'd be me, it was a horrible tackle which could have ended his career, a bite doesn't even end a game. and neither does giving the lino a few home truths in the heat of the moment. if longer bans were dished out for these horror tackles that we have seen on our players over the years, them that do it may think more than twice before making them. its not saying a bite or abusing officials are not bad, however punishment should fit the crime which at the moment it does not.

Some Swedish crank, he'd written in almost stalkerish detail about Graham Potter and followed him from Ostersunds to Swansea to Brighton. Rusk was mentioned in his writings alongside that Raymond Verheijen. I'm sure McKnight isn't involved in anyway with the current operation, but him and McKnight are both from the same stable. Pointy-shoed gobshites who live in a theoretical world. Just imagine if it came out McKnight was one of Stott's advisors on all this and he'd been instrumental in sacking Gannon?

Stumbled across this tonight... might be the biggest Marsden ever, but what the hell Some might have to turn off their Ryan McKnight filter to watch it!!! Just forced myself to watch this. Wish I hadnât. The sight of them two on the same âwebinarâ sends shivers. Other than referring to Stockport as a city, here are my worrying takeaways from SW; He described himself as âitchyâ, especially when in a âgrowth/turnaroundâ situation, which may explain why he has bounced around quite a bit. When asked about his ideal make up of squad, he stated senior players or âdaddies of the dressing roomâ were the top priority. He also referred to them as âmy playersâ. This suggests the likes of Rooney and Hogan were his. When he was asked about coaching staff and when he would look to make a change he said it was like âcheating on a girlfriendâ but is always aware of good people in the industry who âalign with what we want to doâ. The Jim dismissal makes more sense to me now watching that. He gets âitchyâ and likes to implement his own ideas. The fact that Jim was doing well probably irritated him and he pulled the trigger to stamp his own philosophy on us. I didnât take anything positive from it.

I couldnât face it so thanks Maximus. More and more obvious Wilson only wants yes men on the team. Not Jim at all. When Stott sees Wilson for what he is, he could do worse than Have JG as his DoF

He couldnât sack someone thatâs just got us back in the football league for at least 12 months. This video is from a few months ago because he talks about Louis Britton being on loan but when heâs asked about coaching changes, you can almost sense a collective banter in the room like they all know itâs inevitable. If weâd all seen that at the time we would have known what was coming. Heâs disrupted this season for the sake of his own âprojectâ.

That bit about the 'daddies' in the dressing room! It was like a David Brent phrase. Didn't he also mention the younger players as the 'babies' or did I just imagine it!! Either way,it's a real smart way of saying f*ck all basically. As though nobody has ever thought of having a mix of experience and youth before. I thought he probably spoke better on that than the other interview i heard but to be honest, thinking about it now,he didn't really say anything memorable. It's just wallpaper talk, designed for corporate meetings where the geeks assembled can take notes and feel they've got some insight for their ÂŁ300 an hour course.! Anyway, what is a Webinar?

Listening to that Iâm 100% convinced Jim wouldnât have been able to work with Wilson, they just donât seem to compatible. Add into the mix niggles with players , the outcome seems inevitable. The dichotomy is without Stottâs money we would likely remain non league for a very long time, but have Jim, With Stottâs investment comes a different approach ie a DoF. Iâm really not convinced of what Wilson brings to the table but Iâll see where we are in next couple lot seasons.
