We'd have won that with Madden on the pitch, the lack of composure was the big one for me.

No complaints with the result. Good game against a good team, thought they shaded it to be honest, but a draw probably fair.
As has been said, we've just not been good enough against the good teams, so Play Offs what we deserve.

Disappointed how we played for the draw there to be honest.. Watching a different game to me then. Did you see us sub off a striker for a defensive midfielder?

Excellent game, 2 very good sides, incredible quality for non league, makes you realise how far football has come in the last 40 years.

Watching a different game to me then. Did you see us sub off a striker for a defensive midfielder? We changed shape and moved different players forward. I don't think we were playing for a draw, though I wish the changes had come sooner. Cardwell was knackered long before he came off and Bennett looked good in his cameo.

Pleased with a point there. Fair result and a good reflection of the game, IMO. Strangely I thought we had a lot of poor individual performances today, but still put in a good shift as a team.
I guess some people will be disappointed that it puts us out of the title picture mathematically, but I don’t see it like that. It’s important for us to nail down third place, and I think this goes a long way towards that (hoping Sutton can do us a favour and beat Hartlepool next week - then we can use Yeovil as a bit of a friendly if we beat Woking). More broadly I think we’ll look back at the end on a home record which hasn’t been up to scratch under both managers this season, but for now it’s a solid result against a very good side, and 16 unbeaten at this stage is something to be proud of.
Really enjoyed that game, even with us not at our best. Excited for the next few weeks now.

Excellent game. Think this could be the two play off finalist teams. With a fit Madden I think we will then edge it at Ashton Gate

Decent game of football - probably about fair overall, but would say Torquay just about shaded it, with Leminheigh Evans the best player on the pitch by some margin.
Think this and Dagenham have shown we’re a little way short when the best teams come to play football against us. Rooney / Croasdale don’t give us quite enough control, and we end up being overrun. Think we need to look at Collar / Croasdale in the middle, and Rooney at 10 in the playoffs.
We’ve now gone a whole season, and have just 3 points against the very best sides. I’d fancy us to beat Wrexham / Halifax / Eastleigh every time in the playoffs, but can’t see us beating Hartlepool / Torquay / Dagenham two weeks in a row, so keeping 3rd place is massively important.

Not displeased with a point to be honest. Keeps it in our hands for top three.
We may just need to find an edge more in these play off games with most likely would be Hartlepool and Torquay back to back. Going to very tense games.

I’d agree if the play offs were over two legs. But with playing for a win I think you need Newby as no one else drives us forward like him. For me it’s a Croasdale start still with Collar on the bench as an option… hopefully.

Based on that performance i wouldn't worry about facing us in the playoffs. Defensively we looked shaky all game, bizarre & negative substitutions, how Croasdale stayed on all game is beyond me? Keane should of of come on earlier for a like for like with Croasdale. Didn't think Torquay were any great shakes just that we afforded them too much respect & seemed intent on retreating into our own 6 yard box before challenging. I'd be more gutted as a Torquay fan though as we really gave them some gifts throughout especially towards the end.

Newby is a better 10 than Rooney, finds pockets of space better, pulls players out for the opposition defensively, allows us to double up wide when playing with wing backs. Rooney at 8 please, thanks.

Feels like the time is right for Bennett to come on and grab us a winner. Which means he’ll be brought on in the 86th minute Yep
