The lad from Halifax has said their striker is small. Which may mean Palmer is not the preference. I may be a bit dim this morning but I don't understand the logic of that. I would have thought it was an advantage to the other team, as we have often found, when an opposition striker is taller than our defence. In that Palmer isn't necessarily the quickest, or nimblest on the turn, against a smaller quicker striker.

I don’t think you can change a winning side if there are no knocks or injuries. Palmer needs to fight to get back his place.

You are definitely following the managers logic and I’m sure it will be as successful as his two previous attempts to keep Palmer out of the team. Don’t change a winning team is so old school especially a win against 9 players.

I’m also confident that a back three of Hogan, Fryers and Barclay is good enough.

Careful not to annoy em. If you throw a load of shrapnel at them they may refuse entry as their is a legal maximum limit in 1p.2p and silver coinage you can tender. mind you looking at all prices except the 21 quid adult price they might need some change. I,m certainly against the cashless society in the same way that i,m against lack of card payments for those who prefer it. Its not as if they will be sending folk away as it will be a sell out. Charging £21 instead of £20 is utterly ludicrous. The time it'll take people to fish around for a pound instead of just handing over a £20, or for the operatives to count out £4/£9 change will see the flow of the queues slow right down and probably means they need to employ more stewards to keep an eye on the people outside. Just charge £20 and have done with it. It's insanity. They're going to have to arrange....well God knows how many 5 pound notes / pound coins etc. Compared to no change whatsoever and quick entry for all to the ground. Utter nonsense.

It's Ash and Barclay that should be fighting for the position for me, Fryers should be a given owing to his left foot.

For me Hogan is the best defender at the club. He was fantastic last season. That’s not to say he’s not without his faults but for me he should be the first name on team sheet.

Agree completely, when we revert to type and lump it his distribution is better too. He runs forward too also provide another option when things aren't working.

The only explanation I can think of is next week they're planning on charging nineteen pounds.. so they need the change.

Give Palmer 40 lashes for making the briefest contact with the Yeovil guys arm who then threw himself on the floor Get real. Palmer and Minihan are the the most consistent play for the team, honest and best defenders we have. Shocking that people want to punish Palmer in some way to the detriment of the team.

I’m not saying he should be flogged. He’s a great player and servant for us. He’ll no doubt be back into the team soon enough. Just don’t see the point in changing the team that by all accounts was the most balanced we’ve had all season and got us a win and clean sheet.
