Off to Munich in the morning with my son to watch the NFL game.
Been swatting up in the sport the last few weekends so hopefully won’t be a complete novice.
Shame I’ll miss the Notlob (!) game but sometimes family things come first.

Mike Tyson fighting Jake Paul this weekend live on Netflix, in 8 x 2 minute rounds.
Sure many will be keeping an eye on the result, but will anyone be staying up til 4am on sunday morning to watch it live?

It was certainly an enjoyable experience and my lad was delighted with the result, chance to revisit Munich after my last trip there (39 years ago or so !!) was also good. Neither of us would go to the game again at the same venue though, the planning for people to get away was appalling, it was in excess of 1hr 20mins from leaving the stadium (after waiting several minutes after final whistle) to reach the train station platform! Even the locals were complaining, seems that it works quite well for a football game where the majority of attendees are local but not so well when the crowd are mainly out of towners/country. |
