That's were I started, I used to go in through the gate where the tunnel is and turn right between the tunnel and the popside with my Dad. The popside was much bigger in those days though.
Used to get swamped by the popsiders when the little gate was opened about five minutes before the end of the game.
Watched us beat West Ham and Norwich from there, although we were at the bottom of the 4th division they were happy days indeed.

I'll have a go Ceefer, but I'm not sure I can enlarge it. The jpeg I used as an attachment was larger than the thumbnail image that appeared. Although on my screen, if you double click the image, it takes you to another page where you can view them at larger size. Attachment Deleted

Another option Ceefer, have a nosey at his Twitter account. The County pictures are recent ones, so there's no need to trawl through loads to find them.

The whole place used to bounce up and down.Happy memories.Even Sykes chimney brings back memories.If I was not sure where i was I used to look for that and got home
