As soon as I saw 12:30 KOs I immediately thought Exeter (A).
At least we'll get notice of which games will be moved, and I'd rather they be early than at 17:30. A few home games at 12:30 then out into Stockport for the afternoon will be a nice change.

Some of those 20 will be midweek evening kick offs. Edit - it's still shit And Opening Day / Final Day / Bank Holidays (which with midweek must get us close to 15 ??), so I'd say it won't be that noticeable the number of Saturday 3pm's moved (considering we had a couple moved last season anyway due to TV - MK home, Crawley away come to mind). International breaks too, there's at least 2 or 3, right?

International breaks too, there's at least 2 or 3, right? Only if at least three players are called up from one of the teams. Likely to happen in some games, but not every international break. We don't get a week off just because there's internationals.

No, I mean the blackout doesn't apply in international weeks, meaning we could be on Sky's streaming platform and still kick off at 3pm Saturday.

Some info on Streaming for next season: (not sure how much actual new content)
EFL Live 2023/24
Should that be EFL Live 2024/25?

International breaks too, there's at least 2 or 3, right? Yes, think there are 4 (Sept, Oct, Nov, March), so in theory that's included in the 20 games (though it wasn't mentioned specifically).

Wonder if the 3pm blackout will last much longer after this deal?
Can see Sky/EFL trying to make the argument that given they're now broadcasting most of the football league the 3pm kick off is redundant and better for normal fans still attending matches to be able to experience 3pm kick-offs during a tv broadcast rather than 12.30 kick offs.

Nice to hear from the commentator in the Posh game that their playoff win against us was ‘very controversial’.
Still hurts though.

Watched the last 10 and no idea how Peterborough haven't scored. Header cleared off the line, header over with GK nowhere, then a big diving save from another header and one fired right across the face of the goal with last kick of game.

My reading of the TV deal is anything between 6 and 10 matches likely to move from 3pm Saturday. The 6 midweek games and 4 bank holidays will be live. So (at least) 10 more live games for us. First and last games will move for definite. 4 international break weekends will be live but does not mean our game will be 3pm Saturday, they will move fixtures those weekends.
At least we will know all the fixture dates until January 2025 before the seasons starts. But likely some rubbish times for every team!

Horsfall behind in the semi. Looks likely to be 2 Notts County players head to head in the final which is quite remarkable given they finished 14th. Just shows you how lopsided their team/approach is.

we're going to be on tv 20 times next season (every club will be on 20 times) That's an awful lot of 12.30 or 5.20 kick offs then. Some of those 20 will be midweek evening kick offs. Edit - it's still shit Midweek. Will that also mean games will be moved from our normal tuesday to wedenesday or possibly even thursday followed by a sunday game. The big question is will it slow down our hopeful growth when fans can see us sat in their living rooms warm and have to the hassle of getting to or from the game. If you are totally committed it will not bother you, but might until you eventually get that way. Hope the stats lovers keep a check on gates next season especially our home and away support. In this new climate i can understand now why MS might be going a bit more slow and careful on ground improvements.
