Our Clubs Defining Day.
Make no two ways about it, December 21st will be the day we truly define what we want from our Football Club.
The sense of despondency we all feel is very real and its strangling us as a club, the grim reapers hands are tightening its grip.
Only we can change that and release this grip of downward momentum stemming back years now, as no one else we have given our trust to, in custodian positions of our club cares enough to do it.
Our befallen position is absolutely real and I think we all know it isn’t getting any easier.
There is no doubt only we can choose to reverse that and onwards toward a different route.
No matter what you think of anything that’s gone in the past few years. It’s nothing in comparison to where the journey goes next. I give you my honest opinion and state December 21st has to define us;
As being a true unified fanbase, or not?
As wanting change for our club, or not?
Quite simply I don’t believe we can simply give up on the Football Club of Stockport County AFC.
I am therefore asking you to move heaven and earth to be available either at The Nursery come Midday or The Nelson come 1.30pm. No matter what it takes for any of us to be there, we have to give a fkkk don't we?
Others have given up such has been the pain they felt, others will want to give up such is the look ahead they see for their Club, but I ask everyone if you have one ounce left of care and want to see Football progress back, towards something that makes us feel better rather than what we have felt, from what we have seen in the past 20 months in this Town then do not leave it to someone else to try and change things on December 21st, that will be fatal.
It is down to each and every one of us to be there and be there with others, that be whomever you speak to, whomever you work with, just don’t take “no thanks, can’t be arsed” for an answer, not this time, as they will be the ones that say to you in 3 weeks time, why didn’t you tell me how bad it was, I would have come along.
So go TELL them, it’s bad, it’s very ####ing bad and WE need to reverse this path we are on.
When your telling, don’t listen to doubts they will throw your way, "you won't affect change, there's nowt more to be done" Like fekk we can't and like fekk there isn't, we all see in history gone before us and to this day that people change worlds –;
Well we need to change ours, Small to some it may be, To us quite simply this is our time to define.
Be there, let’s be loud and ffs be proud and seek the changes we need to stop this rot.
