The attitude of our players is horrendous.
Liam Dickinson for example, he's just put a picture on Instagram of a text message saying 'we've been kicked out the Cheshire senior cup, because apparently Dicko wasn't eligible to play!!'
The caption underneath was 'Oooops... My bad... Although that's a free weekend for you guys now... Thank me in Jagers'
I know it's only the Cheshire Senior Cup and we've got more important games in the league to worry about but it's grinding my gears seeing players cracking jokes about our current situation.
I'm probably overreacting and missing his brilliant sense of humour but if that's what he thinks, I'd rather him not play for the club.

f*cking dickhead players who think they are cool.
To be fair to Dickinson he doesn't real make any reference to Football on any of his social networking.
I can't see him going anywhere else, cause he's shit.

Yet when he played for Southend, Plymouth etc he was always posting pictures and retweeting people who spoke to him..
He clearly thinks he's above us when in reality he's achieved nothing of note since he left us

Following footballers on social media is a bad idea - I don't really want to know if a player is a bit of a dickhead or not. I want to judge them purely based on what they do on the pitch. But when you see them posting stuff like that, it's not easy.
While we're on the subject, Dicko has been a f*cking disaster since he came back. I don't think we've even won a game with him in the squad yet, have we? The guy is clearly crocked and it's a real shame but his professional football career is over.

Yep, that's what we need.
Trouble is, when we did that last season and we didn't get instant success the idiots wanted rid of the manager.
When we finally get rid of the idiots we need either lots of money to buy quality players or we need to be prepared to bring younger players in hoping to to be able to coach them to become better players.
If we assume option one isn't going to happen then option two it is but that means probably a relatively high turnover of players while some try and fail, and therefore wildly inconsistent results until we produce at least eight or nine players of decent quality with the right attitude.
Option three it is then, carry on as we are.

FWIW I think some of the players do care but as you say others dont appear to. Rhys Turner was clearly not happy hitting the post in the Brackley match. Yes it's a culture thing and we need a clear leader on the pitch who wint take any carp off the players. We desperately need a win to boost the players confidence which is obviously lacking. We used to score goals!

People said we'd get so much more out of them when that nasty manager stopped bullying them.

It baffles me when I see players that Gannon put a lot of faith in now slagging him off on social media sites. Definitely says more about their own character than Gannon's.
Players like Ryan Fraughan, John Miles and the rest of Tony Evans' cronies slagging Gannon off is just pure bitterness because he instantly realised they were poor players with no future at the club.

I honestly cannot remember the last time we had a real, top quality footballer who gave his all for the club. The past five years have been a complete disaster...I've lost my love for football in general...think this has to do with the way players treat clubs and fans nowadays. Football players now just want to earn as much as they can and f""k everyone else!! The players we have now are just match fit Sunday league players!!

I think we can exclude Jacobs from criticism, he's not the most talented but he does put a shift in.

we've got several who give their all, but I think it's naive to expect a 'top quality footballer' at this level.
Take Moses as an example, the effort is always there, but he's essentially a poor mans Joe Connor (who was of course himself a poor mans Jason Taylor!)
