If the shareholders / debt holders agree to write their stakes off which seems to be on the cards. How exactly will we be funded?
Is it agreed that Park and Bramhall will continue their funding? Is there somebody waiting to step in? Whats the contingency plan?
Given the apparent large cost base we have and the debt we have accrued to date, it seems like something will need to happen to cover our arses financially.
Sorry for pissing on anybody's chips or if i have missed something here.

It sounds to me like Park and Brammall are on the verge of bringing in new investment. I'd imagine that between them they'll underwrite our losses until we start to break even. Which will probably be in the form of further loans.

i agree that something has to be have been agreed for the short term at least, I just havent seen anything outlining who/what that is. hence the question. Hopefully answers will be forthcoming, as this next move is a make or break moment for us

What large costs? and where has the debt come from? According to them we have reached or exceeded season ticket sales and gates, nobody has left the club with large pay offs, the rent has been lowered, the players are on peanuts so where is this cost/debt? Bearing in mind that over the last three seasons S/T sales and gates from walk in fans have pumped over a million pounds into this club. Exceeding any shareholders loans by a country mile. So where the hell is this black hole?

Evans blowing a big hole in things, maintenance of the ground, staffing costs running at 60k a month (now allegedly) paying off all the managers we have sacked in such a short time, less sponsorship, no real money from the FA/FL

"Evans blowing a big hole in things, maintenance of the ground, staffing costs running at 60k a month (now allegedly) paying off all the managers we have sacked in such a short time, less sponsorship, no real money from the FA/F"
All of that, bar Evans was known before they set the season ticket prices.
Bogie walked away with no pay off. Hamann resigned so no pay off.
So why set gate and S/T prices to cover known costs and then say we're skint when we are getting gates better than hoped for.
We lost TV/League money before this lot took over.
Spencer Fearn walked saving pay. Snape walked saving pay.
RM took a pay cut and the groundsman was sacked before he was entitled to a pay off with S/T sales aready in the coffers so that leaves Rob Claire's job which was filled by an expert in marketing.
So I ask again. Where's this bloody black hole?
This club would shout "skint" if we were playing in a Sunday league and getting 2k through the gate.
I'm just fed up of this constant cry of skint, where the feck is it going if at the start of the season you set the prices to cover costs?

But they didn't set the prices to cover costs - they budgeted for a loss. Whatever the whys and wherefores it seems unarguable that we're currently running at a loss.

That loss was from the year before, if they've made more loss on top of the loss expected RM should answer why when we have no pro players wages can we make more loss than expected with all the staff cuts we've had? Someones telling lies or Mcshite is just obsessed with balancing the books regardless of what the squad does or needs That's the job an administrator could do which is what I suspect he is.

So if they had any common sense and this bloody club had proper stronger supporters co-op they could have asked the supporters co-op to help out with ring fenced funds for players budgets and who wouldn't cough up £50 each if and only if we had 1000 members in the Co-Op. But we don't because we're tin pot from club to supporters. Passionate yes, but organised and structured ? it's bloody joke from top to bottom. All that most want, is a feckin sugar daddy football chairman to foot the bills and a game to build a piss up around. Jessus I'm sick of it.

Nowts wrong with a piss up BIG' but why invest time in being actively involved in your local football club when all you have to do is choose a red or skyblue shirt and just plan your piss up around that. I hope any new owners of County, because this lot seem to have no intention, build a closer relationship with the Co-Op and that the Co-Op build a strong membership of 1000 plus. Because without FA/TV money small clubs need everyone pulling together. That needs effort and commitment and that's what's missing with many County supporters. They want a club but they want all the dull stuff to be done by others. 'avin' read this board for a couple of years now there is a strong sense of "What's the point" Marches? What's the point! Buy EP? What's the point! it's beyond us! For all the volunteers that do work hard for County there's a lot more of the "can't be arsed" types. For the same price as a season ticket all those that buy one could put a deposit on EP. But they don't see it. What would people want more? EP or pay £250 to watch a load of shite in it? I'm hoping the Co-Op build a strong membership base and the club could help that by giving a discount on S/Ts to Co-Op members making it well worth being part of the Co-Op. As I see it, it's money in the bank for the club because when rainy days come along and the club wants interest free loans or financial help for players. With a strong Co-Op of a 1000 plus raising the funds for such things would be a much easier task rather than finding it from "can't be arsed shareholders" who are just interested in the real estate. IMHO.
