Only helpful if one is a member of said FB group, but particularly galling if one has emailed said individual in his capacity as 'media executive' and not received a reply. I'm not sure whether his role requires him to respond to individual queries, particularly in an official capacity. He's tried to be helpful with his comments so far, which again I'm sure he doesn't have to do, but there's always the caveat that official details will follow. In which case, maybe he should remove his email address from the club website otherwise people will tend to email him. You know what folk are like when they see an email address. Otherwise, I suppose he could always have a disclaimer next to it saying something like "Please refrain from sending emails, as I do not respond to individual queries", yes?

I'm not sure whether he's responsible for the website and it listing email addresses. (He might well be) I think Liam's doing his best to be as helpful as he can; he could really just say nothing and allow the details to be released through official channels when ready. Criticising someone who is going out of their way to be helpful for not being helpful enough may just lead to them avoiding doing it in future.

Is the shop open before the fans forum tonight? I'm hoping to collect season tickets, Blackpool tickets and a third shirt in one visit if I can.

But given there's a few hundred fans attending, last big opportunity to buy stuff before the season starts etc, we'll probably close at 4pm. Or only have 5XL shirts out on the rails.

Yep, happy to confirm it was open at 5 when I arrived and was fully stocked. They were expecting a busy night.

Is the ticket office open after home games? I'm struggling to get down on the weekdays when it's open to pick up my Mansfield ticket, so want to get it after the game on Saturday.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that we still insist on ‘closing’ collection of away tickets an hour before home games. It makes it virtually impossible for fans who work 9-5 during the week to collect tickets, surely it can’t be that hard to have one window for collections and the rest for matchday sales?
They either need to scrap it or open the ticket office late one weeknight. It’s not acceptable anymore to just open 10-4 three days a week.

Also closing it an hour before (on a regular 3pm Saturday) is still 2pm so plenty of time before the game
