10 in the queue at 09:00. I got my ticket by 10:20 but some people were having bother because they haven't always used the same ST card to buy tickets during the season.

Is that right? I'd have thought the number who have don 10+ was at least double that, if not 3x. 170 seems very low. Yeah, straight from a member of the ticket office to another fan. It was actually 160-something but couldn't remember exactly, so rounded up. EDIT: Meant to add, she was saying it to a bloke whose family member only fell into the 5+ bracket whereas he was in the 10+. It seemed like there'd been tickets bought across email accounts which may play into the lower numbers of 10+ people. Like if someone rocked up early in the season with their ticket and 3 of their mates' tickets too, they've probably just given their own email for the purchase, so the 3 mates won't have that game recorded for them. Definitely that. Two people in front of me had the same issue, three mates with STs, they alternate buying duties so they don't all rack up the games as far as the system is concerned.

I definitely understand the frustration, as the club are introducing this retrospectively, but at the same time the club are dealing with the situation as they can based on the limited ticketing system. It's again a good case for a proper 'loyalty scheme' of sorts. I'm against an overly complicated one including different achievable points for different games, but there should be a way where those who attend the most aways are rewarded for their efforts.

That's 17 attended without including up coming games or Notts, League games plus Salford and Wigan in the Trophy and Sheff Wed in League Cup / Aldershot FA Cup I've been to 11 away games in all competitions. I have however bought tickets for a further 4 away games we've played (Swindon, Newport, Morecambe, Barrow) I've wlso already bought tickets for our next 5 away games plus Notts. I didn't buy a ticket for Wigan or Aldershot. Illness prevented me from attending any games from Worksop Town at home until Aldershot Town at home inclusive (I was going to go to Morecambe and the Aldershot replay until my health and the weather both took a dive). I also had to miss Barrow away due to annoying unforesee family Christmas related reasons. The only home game I've missed outside my illness period is the Man Utd BDSM game which I boycotted.

In my case, if the online system was more reliable I would buy my away tickets that way, which would ensure that every one would get added to my tally.I suspect that's the case with most of the people who go to the ticket office.

Can only speak for myself but the online ticketing system has worked perfectly for me this season. Massively improved. The big bugbear of clicking on a seat and it being gone by the time you come to pay, rather than is reserving it for you for 10 minutes to complete the transaction, appears to have gone. That's a plus. But I still don't think the layout of the system is very user-friendly and I don't think it works well with different screen sizes. I always have trouble trying to get it to the right size and orientation on the phone screen so I can see clearly what I'm doing. Otherwise it's too small to select a seat, or too big to see the ticket options, etc... It's better than last year, but it could and should be better still.

Went there last season for the league game and I can totally understand why some fans don't bother with certain away fixtures.

Down at EP now to pick up Grimsby tickets, just heard that no more than 170 tickets can be bought today for the Salford game, as that's the number of season ticket holders who qualify. Is that right? I'd have thought the number who have don 10+ was at least double that, if not 3x. 170 seems very low. Possible they don’t all have season tickets

REMINDER!
Tickets on sale to season ticket holders for 5+ away games at 10AM. Personally think this is where they will sell out

REMINDER! Tickets on sale to season ticket holders for 5+ away games at 10AM. Personally think this is where they will sell out If we work off the numbers from Friday and assume every 10+ season ticket holder bought a ticket then we're talking about 1150 on sale, so you may well be right. If any do make it to <5 season ticket holders then I imagine it won't be more than 100.

Anybody having any luck with tickets? Says my email address isn't recognised I'm having issues: "Online Sales Are Closed Online Sales are currently Closed. Your Account does not currently have access to this Event" But through this account I've done: Wednesday, MK Dons, Morecambe, Doncaster and have Colchester booked. I have the 5 minimum away games so why can't i get on?!
