It's because it's full of divvy new fans who moan and groan at every misplaced pass. Plenty of divvy old fans around me that have been going for years that do the same. That's absolutely true, but if you add in a couple of thousand new fans doing the same thing it not only makes things a bit more toxic, but dilutes those who do try to back the team.

Plenty of divvy old fans around me that have been going for years that do the same. Possibly they are worse as it seems its their only reason to attend. Many also have a down on a certain player and cannot wait for em to cock it up and give the impression of a defeat would be pure joy if that player cost us. Really doubt any new fan sees game that way. Anyway were we not all a new fan sometime in our life so lets give em a break. Yep, it's Madden for the people behind me - but they're definitely 'new' fans. They come across like they actually hate him. My heart sinks a bit when I see Paddy is starting, because I know what I'm then forced to endure for 90 minutes. He took a pen against someone near the end of a home game recently. I have never felt so nervous. He scored and I heard from behind "he's just a pen merchant".

Luckily there was a group of us at Wembley this time with tickets all pretty much together (thanks to Radcliffe) but against Rochdale we had gimps telling people off for singing (well attempting it) plenty of daytrippers nearby us too more often than not, price of success eh?

His legs are slowing but he does four or five things every game that show just how far above the level his brain is. He’s been a genuine privilege to watch for me.

I think that's why it irritates me so much. Certainly my favourite player of the non-league era. They also regularly just shout out random football phrases at weird points that don't seem relevant to what they're saying, like "use it", "f*cking drive", "look for your man" etc. And Ben should have gone long when he goes short, and go short when he goes long. He just never gets it right. Other than than, I'm sure they're lovely people.

We could pay them a little friendly YB visit to cheer them up/educate them. Actually I should delete this I might be seen as inciting something.

I have noticed an increase in fans turning up in UT2 and UT3 with A4 printed tickets looking for their seats, and no idea where they are. They sometimes sit towards the back and insist on sitting down throughout the match right amongst 'the singers', and they get stewards involved, so they can sit in correct seat and not have someone stood up infont of them. The sooner that a good section of the Cheadle End is standing, then I'm certain the atmosphere will get a bit better.

Or at least some dedicated singer type zone but even then what is to stop some pleb on a day trip deciding they want to sit right in the middle. Although when we were up there where UT2 meets 3 right at the back there was no hope of a day tripper ticket as it was ST holders.

Unfortunately The Show goes out before the watershed (by approximately 12 hours..) so I absolutely can't read it out!
