If you aren’t on a pre-9am train for this are you even a County fan?

That was the closest game to my Birthday now it's bloody Colchester, I feel oddly obliged to do both.

If you aren’t on a pre-9am train for this are you even a County fan? Away defeat to an already-relegated bottom-of-the-table side, followed by the return train terminating at Rugby due to signal failure would round off an almost-perfect County experience!

Obvs on an early train, but things haven’t been the same since our usual central London starting point decided not to open until 11. The lazy b*stards.

Hoping for similar chaos as Leyton Orient last year! Cracking day in the sun plenty of booze, solid result, taxis round London listening to bangers before a scramble for the last available train because all the others are cancelled.

That's what I enjoyed most about our recent trip to Tranmere, walking into a pub in Liverpool city centre just after 10 a.m. to find a big group of middle aged scouse ladies downing shots already

Just booked trains for me and my son. £74 return, not too bad. Better not forget to buy tickets 10am Monday though 😪

If you aren’t on a pre-9am train for this are you even a County fan? It's only around 90 minutes from me so that sounds like overkill! Got up at 5am for the thrashing at Tranmere though, so it all evens itself out over the season...

No email reminder this morning but they're on sale now.
Pretty confident I managed to bag the first ticket.

My reminder email arrived at 10:08...
Now I just need to work out trains. Split ticket comes out at £60, but would mean having to get the 16:52 from West Sutton (2 mins from the ground) afterwards, which is too tight I reckon.
