There was an Apple Wallet link in the confirmation email but it obviously doesn’t work, which is quite reassuring for Future. Don’t want them getting ideas about their station and delivering something that actually works. Mine worked after the ticket office resent the email.

You may well do (and my understanding is people whose emails said they were getting a physical card have also attached theirs to their Apple wallets) but my email said E Ticket and not season ticket card. I contacted the ticket office and they changed it for me. This is despite me changing my option to physical card twice while ordering and double checking before hitting the button to pay.

Seems to me this has happened a lot, I never asked for the eticket but I seem to have got it in the email I received when paying for my season ticket,can imagine lots of people expecting to pick up their season ticket from the club and not actually having the season card waiting for them.

If the email says in the order summary (in the box below your seat number) E-ticket then there won’t be a physical card for you. If it says physical card (or something to that effect) then you will have one waiting for you. Mine said E-ticket, someone else I know said collect card from EP or whatever it is and they were still able to add an e-ticket to their Apple wallet.

Would not have been so bad if people knew when they bought their ST which day and at what time their home games would be played. Got a feeling we,ll have more no shows and fans passing theirs on next season for circumstances out of their control.

Exactly right that, it's all well and good saying turn up for X amount of games but then they shift something to a Thursday night for example and you can't make it, if there's a ticket exchange in place then fine but don't punish people for using that either.

Fans never will and its not just the tradition of the 3pm saturday KO by a long way. In fact the days of fans living a walking distance or short bus journeys to their grounds are a thing of the past with more and more exiles turning up and fans travelling longer distances to watch the team of their choice. Fans have numerous other things they have to do and not all are available to watch football 24/7.
