I'm presuming because mine already says 10 May 2025 on it I don't have to do anything?

I was finally able to add my season ticket to the Apple Wallet earlier. Kept getting an 'Order email not valid' message but was definitely using the correct address. Then checked my email and realised County capitalise the first letter of my email address. Tried again and capitalised the first letter and, hey presto, it worked. Imagine how foolish I feel not realising that capitalised letters still mattered with email addresses 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Well done to the Club, credit it where it is due. Especially for offering everyone a physical ticket, regardless of the option they selected.

Asking on here coz I haven't seen a definitive answer (apologies if if has been answered and I've missed it). Got a junior ST next to mine (grandson) but he can't make every game. If I want to update it to an adult one, do I *have* to contact the club - i.e., I can't do it online? And if yes, does that have to be in person or can it be over the phone? Ta.

Fair play, County - they've done this. Wanted an e-ticket so wasn't one of those affected, but just had an email offering a physical one free of charge, even if I didn't want one originally. So, yeah, that's a much better response from the "must be your fault" one that came from certain quarters. Like I said, I suspect the cost will be only a few hundred quid, but the value in good PR is far more. Well done County. It’s positive but a shame someone somewhere at the club seemed to be willing to bury their head in the hands about it until it became a major issue on here. I think it shows you the value of going through 'official channels' rather than random comments on X or here - though those were needed to make it clear it wasn't an isolated incident. The Co-op and/or Suedehead approach the club in a reasoned way putting forward the issue and what they think has happened and the club have responded promptly and professionally. They won't have the time to read all the comments on here or X, but I would have thought the amount of "noise" (and past issues) would have brought the issue to their attention earlier.

I think I've found the smoking gun and the reason why this has happened to some but not all. Needless to say, Future have dropped yet another bollock. Was this confirmed...?

In fairness i did try through the official channel by emailing the club and was basically told it was my fault still. Good to see the club have changed their mind though.

It was also raised at the fans forum and dismissed as a few people getting it wrong. As I said on the pod last night though, credit to suedehead for finding the evidence needed and taking it to the club.
