I won't put the exact steps necessary on here in case we persist with Future for next season but there's been a significant glitch in the priority sales operation (what we used for Harrogate, Salford, Wrexham with minimum number of aways). Once you've bought a ticket there's a way to go back in and buy as many more as you want. I genuinely didn't take advantage of it, but I could have gone and purchased multiple tickets for Wrexham that I wasn't entitled to. And thats you doing the honest thing. Many wouldnt (and I can see why) so it does make me wonder if thats how we sold 700 or something daft on that first day despite many not many people being eligible for the Salford tickets who'd attended 15+ aways. Didn't the amount of people who'd done 15+ aways in the space of a month jump up by a daft figure. Water under the bridge now I guess but if that was the case and I'd missed out on a Wrexham ticket I'd be massively pee'd off. Possibly, but I'd be surprised if more than 50-100 went via that issue as I doubt it's widely known how to get back in. I still think a lot more than we anticipate went to staff/mates/hangers on. There'll be staff at the club who haven't been an away game since Bolton (or ever) who will be there. Which you could argue is fair enough, it's a perk of the job and the success of the club is a team effort. Would be nice to see a few of them at Swindon in November or Barrow on Boxing Day though.

If all of the 354 members of staff we have got a pair of tickets it chews through the allocation quite quickly...

Not Future related, but I get the feeling a lot of tickets for Wrexham never went on sale for fans and were instead reserved for friends, family, employees from the wider group etc. given it was expected to be a title decider.
If that's the case (not sure but it's been suggested) there's a conversation to be had about whether it's appropriate.

If that's the case (not sure but it's been suggested) there's a conversation to be had about whether it's appropriate. This happens with all clubs and we will be no different. Its the same with FA Cup Final tickets where regular fans at a well supported club will never see one but thousands that never go to a game will get one easily.

That's because of the initial allocation though for the Cup Final, where a more limited number are allocated to the clubs and then the rest for FA Sponsors, dignitaries, etc. Here County have been allocated X number of Tickets and have deliberately (rightly or wrongly) removed a number from sale.

Re Sunday, just wondering how the club are going to deal with circa 7000 arriving at once? Its not too bad on a matchday where its staggered from 1.30pm-3pm but I'm guessing most will follow the bus down from the Town Hall/Greek St over to EP so its a lot of people all arriving at once. No doubt most people (myself included) will have 1 QR code for multiple seats, could end up quite chaotic on Hardcastle St unless there is a bit of a plan in place...?

Don’t you get a QRcode for each seat you purchase? All in one e-mail but separate codes so you can send to someone else’s phone.
