For our Season-Closing Finale, the AwayDay Show looks back on a championship-winning 23/24 filled with remarkable exploits, and asks- which of these outstanding statistics strikes you as the most impressive?

I'm going for 17 clean sheets. Impressive, that's just over a third of our matches not conceding which is not bad when you factor in all the changes in personnel and formation at the back. Also highlights how good a goalie Hinchliffe is.
As runner up I think the 11 points from behind shows our tenacity and team spirit whereas in previous seasons we often never recovered from going behind.

I,ll go with the clean sheets especially as they were not coupled with just single goals for us on most occasions.

I agree on the relevance of the coming from behind- suspect it's a common denominator of teams that win titles, that spirit of 'never being beaten'.

I've gone 6 wins by 3 goals or more it shows ruthlessness and that we don't just scrape through we entertain.

I've gone 6 wins by 3 goals or more it shows ruthlessness and that we don't just scrape through we entertain. Ruthlessness is a great word I think to characterise some of the scores we've racked up this season. Sutton the most obvious example, but others eg the Notts win to seal the title. You could imagine some more defensively-minded teams grabbing that early lead then 'shutting up shop'. For sure our more cavalier approach may have provided them with brief opportunity to launch a fightback- but I know which way of playing I prefer!

Clean sheets win you titles (or rather 20 games' worth of winning runs - tactical omission?) but I went with the above to be different. The best team in the league should be able to put others to the sword. We couldn't do that last season, especially at the back end when we really struggled for goals. So 95 goals with a century up for grabs is pretty special - especially with our injuries and so many scorers. For all our clean sheets too, I've always felt we've been a better attacking side than defensive one this season, at least when everyone is fit. We're at our best when we don't sit in and try to grab a goal, but start on the front foot and are ruthless with our finishing.

I'd have thought that would be pretty standard. Just looking at Flash's HT/FT, MK Dons have been losing at HT in 13 games and turned 3 of those into wins and 2 into draws, so that's 11 points right there. They've also turned 5 draws into wins at HT too. Crewe have 3 wins and 4 draws from losing 16 at HT, so 13 points. Suppose it's all relative to how often you go behind in games too, as the more you do, the more chances for "come back" points. It's a great table for the "stattos" to delve into. Just noticed that Swindon (19th) have been leading at HT (19) more times than Mansfield (18) and only 1 fewer than us (20). Notts and Grimsby aren't far off too with 18 and 16 respectively. AFC Wimbledon have be losing the fewest games at HT (7), we're second with 8.

I will say- I was 'touch and go' about going with that stat in the options- but thought in the end worthy of inclusion due to the number of games the points were spread over- a few draws rescued from losing positions as well as victories. Interesting and illuminating to see how others compare, though.

The results in- and as announced on the Show- the clean sheets prevail with a landslide (here and on Twitter). A fantastic achievement and not just by Ben but the whole team- really did have to count twice to check I had my numbers right- 17 times we've succeeded in not conceding!
