Absolutely no idea what formation so I’ll stick it as a 442, but I’ve gone with this as my starting 11. Hinchliffe Okeke, Hughes, Onyango, Touray Fevrier, Bailey, Mingi, Gardner Wootton, Diamond Wootton looks in great shape and can handle the extra minutes. Diamond looks like the kind of player who builds confidence and gets better the more he plays, so could benefit from being involved tonight. Next to no chance Wooton and Mingi will start. Probably not Diamond or Touray either. Can you let me know who to replace them all with for my FanHub prediction then 😂 I just can’t see Challinor making 11 changes and they felt like the players most likely to stay in to me.

I'll stick to 433
Hinchliffe Okeke, Onyango, hughes, LB Fligg, cm ,bailey Fevrier, ST, gardner
Lb,cm and st will all be academy players i reckon or hope mingi can play cm/dm for 60+ miniutes. I cant remember the LBs name but im sure we have 1 thats played a few times before in cup games. Bailey and Gardner could swap positions.

DC said mainly youth team and scholars with a couple of players who need minutes. You would think Ben, Fevrier, Hughes, Bailey and Onyango would need the minutes. Gardiner will probably play as well and then it will be ones we’ve barely heard of.

Can I stream this match? I am overseas. Apologies if this has been asked before elsewhere in this thread.

Outright result has taken a bit of a hammering, in to 1.70 (7/10), but Blackburn -1.5 at 2.65 (7/4) is surely worth a few quid based upon our anticipated line up.

I don't recall being able to stream any Cup matches last season, think they are out of the club's control.

League Cup and Bristol Street Motors you could. It’s the FA Cup that is out of the clubs control and you’ll have difficulty watching it unless it’s selected as a TV game.

I was going to give this one a swerve but the will has weakened. It t will be good to have a look at some of the younger players and some of those closer to the starting eleven that need game time. The prices probably swing it - if it was full price defo would not have bothered. Flexible pricing is a winner! Why would anyone give this a swerve, Blackburn in the league cup is a big game and I remember taking thousands there in a league cup game, I have some very good memories of our clashes in this competition. When we played them in 96 they’d been Prem league champions 15 months previously and played their first team, it was a massive game. Now we’re playing their reserves and putting out a largely 2nd string team ourselves, it’s not remotely the same, the comp should be killed off really. Still, 6 hour round trip it is, and half a nights sleep tonight.

I don't expect us to progress tonight due to the squad/injury situation but it's a competition I'm very glad we're involved in again especially after having to suffer the F.A. trophy for 11 years! I couldn't care less if the big boys don't take it seriously until the later rounds nowadays, it give clubs like ourselves (if we weren't injury ravaged) to progress & create some magical nights against higher opposition.
