Surely this isn't the 2k odd gone though? There's something not right here. That queue at the ground on Wednesday must have been about 1500 deep. They love taking about 10+ season tickets each to the ground or even just the barcode numbers. Nearly every in demand event has transaction limits per customer yet we don't. It's a piss take - happened to me during the NL Wrexham fiasco when the system went down so people were texting their mates all the numbers so he can buy them in bulk. Agreed There might have only been 300 people there but how many tickets were sold that day when they were ringing people back? You can only put one Code in when you do it online, if it's not the same principle in person it's all wrong.

Worth noting that Wrexham use Ticketmaster and their fans are reporting similar issues for tickets for their game away at Bolton. While Future Ticketing is clearly sh1te, I think you're always going to end up playing whack-a-mole when a large number of people are all fighting for a small number of tickets regardless of the provider. It should just auto allocate tickets tbh - would probably also help the server load as you can effectively just jump to the checkout page plus it's not like people adhere to seat numbers on away days. Pretty sure see tickets for Wembley effectively did that - selected a tier/block and it just auto allocated a seat based on that. I'd be happy with that, but you'd get the usual pissing and whining from the correct seat crew who want to specify the exact seat they get. Just do auto-allocation for general admission, and then have a separate lane for mobility/assistance tickets, and you're put where you're put. Tbh with the frantic whack-a-mole games I don't choose a seat anyway, it's just click a dot and get out as quickly as possible so the proposed approach isn't too different.

Maybe wrong there but im sure ive seen Bradford fans complain about it Probably. The point I'm making is that even one of the biggest ticket providing platforms is still a ball ache when you have 5,000 people scrabbling for 2,000 tickets.

I have no issue with people buying for other people, taking their STs with them. Online you can only 1 per season ticket IIRC. If that's not the case, it certainly should be How's that fair that people go with other people's order number? Different of it's a kid ticket associated with you but for your mates and stuff?

Managed to get one ticket but still need one for my daughter. I bet if I try when the next allocation comes up, it won't allow me to make another order with my season ticket number despite only being one ticket. Guarantee that will be the case

In fact quite often, particularly when it was fastest finger first and tickets weren't held for you to complete the transaction, I go for tickets in less popular areas towards the front/sides in the hopes I'll have to compete against fewer fellow whack-a-mole players!

Loyalty from last season Shoudl be rewarded and phased sales based on how many away games
The club needs to be transparent on how many for sale online , over the phone and in person . There Shoudl not be a case where people need to be at the ground unless they have no internet at home it’s unfair to those who work

There should be a purchase limit of four tickets per person, unless they have more than that linked to their account (for example a couple with four kids). Obviously each person you're buying for needs a barcode number, you wouldn't be able to just buy one for a random mate. But as it is now, I can go to the queue armed with 50 barcodes and get served for that number of tickets. Piece of piss isn't it if you're an organised/large group who go to games. Set up a WhatsApp - take it in turns to do 'shifts' at the ground to guarantee a ticket for everyone. If the group is large enough you might never even end up going there yourself or have to spend two hours of your time once a season. If you don't want to go you can just flip your ticket anyway on the Facebook group.

It defo happens - I've been at the ground in person buying just for myself or my old man and had people stood at the window in front of me for around 10 minutes whilst they process all the barcodes

Logged back in just to have a look and saw some dots appearing and disappearing. Spent 10 minutes trying to grab two, and eventually did. Checked out and have the confirmation e-mail.
Way more stressful than it needed to be, and really poor. The whole thing needs massively reviewing.

I chased the dots and managed to buy one (stressful!) but need two. When I go and try to log back in with the barcode number it’s telling me there is already an order linked to it and it won’t let me back in. Even though there are two season tickets associated with the account. Suspect you will have the same issue?
