My mate & I missed out. I was busy at work, my mate who has the season tickets was ready at 11 a.m. couldn't get one online. Not quite sure what you're getting at about people 'putting effort in' If you can't get there physically & have to rely on the online system then surely it's just luck whether you get one or not in a 6 minute rush? Same. I was online and eleven and never got it to work. That whack-a-mole thing was a farce. Why not just sell unreserved seating first come, first served to those in the queue (and have some sort of loyalty scheme rather than everyone hammering the site at once)? I was off work Wednesday and in hindsight should have gone and physically queued but you shouldn't have to. Unreserved seating isn’t our choice, it’ll be the home team’s. The rules are (with unreserved seating) that you can’t actually sell every single seat, so fewer tickets are available.

If there are say 100 seats reserved or not then what is the difference and why cannot every ticket available be sold.

The current system is extremely unfair on people who don't have jobs that allow them to be online at 10 on a weekday morning You will never get a system that fair for everybody. If they did it at another time there will be a few shift workers coming up and say how unfair the system is. Feel the current system is fair for the majority if working properly. We are victims of our success and anyone who does miss out on away tickets would prefer that to going back to our NLN days and having no problems in obtaining entry to grounds.

He throws random stuff out there, often with little context, as though its fact when he's regularly proved incorrect. I'm not suggesting he should stop posting, just think a bit more about what he's posting and would adding a little more information/context help? For example in this most recent post was it something the club had posted or he had heard from someone at the club, or is it something he has heard second or third hand. Helps us all judge how true/accurate the information is.

He made it clear that it was rumour.
