I have a confirmation email but says etcikets are attached but they aren’t. What about other successful purchases online - did you get an e-Ticket? I think they have one template for all emails as this message about the ticket is always there. For home tickets, the ticket is attached but not when it's physical tickets only. The tickets will be physical only for this game so you will be okay.

My email said that, but also has 'collect from edgeley park' on the order... as we have to have a physical ticket for this game there are no e-tickets, so I presume it's a generic email

I do wonder if EFL should contract with a ticket provider for all clubs and allow e-tickets for all games. A central provider should be cheaper and more reliable as the contract is of a size they’d want to keep it.
Our current suppliers MUST go.

Although putting my dog in charge sounds like a more sensible system than continuing with Future Ticketing, so it's a low bar.

No mention about those that have managed to get tickets this morning, I'm presuming they will be honoured.
If not we will have another nightmare as the barcodes won't work again to get back on the site.
