No. We need to move on for lots of reasons. And if he's going to have a future in football it should be elsewhere. For his sake as well as ours.

Every single manager I have ever seen at county has been a miserable faliure , so for me its a big yes.

Yep definitely. The best man for the job at the moment. Great judge of a player and tactically excellent.

No, we need to move on.
In addition to that, the budget just isn't there for a manager who seemingly needs to alienates half the playing staff first before he brings his own people in.

Nope.Club needs stability and it won't get that with JG. Plus, he takes the piss out of my pronunciation of Irish names, the cockney git.

Not for me, The club and fans need to move on, because everytime it goes tits up which with County is always! ...The bring back Jim he'll sort it comments come out, now I love Jim as much as the next County fan (unless the next County fan is Gibbo!) and I know the club needs stability is Jim the right person to provide that? Maybe, maybe not...but I think the ship for Jim to be our Dario Gradi has sailed now unfortunately

It's a yes from me, we'd be lucky to have someone as clued up as Jim to takeover at this level, I don't think he'd be unrealistic with his budget requests as he knows as well as anyone how deep we are in the crap. He wants to stay local and if he can turn this mess around we could go a long way together. Also any ambitious young player at this level would want to play for him, any bone idle wasters would hate him.

Yes, I would love to see Jim back, his first spell was the only enjoyable time supporting County in the last ten years and in his second spell he saved us from a likely relegation. I know it wasn't going so well this time last year (crazy to think it's only about 10 months since he left) but I do believe he was the best man to try and keep us up. A thousand times more likely to do so than Darije anyway!
Look what has gone wrong since he left, Jim would provide stability, would have a clear idea what he would like to achieve and has the track record at County to show that, given time, he will sign decent players and generate better attendances and atmospheres.

Definitely. Should never have been sacked in the first place.

Definitely. Should never have been sacked in the first place. Or the second place.
